Maybe if I ever made it past the answering machine that I constantly get I might be able to give a better rating - NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES FIRST OFF ! But that’s Anywhere in 2024 !! But kicker is when I went all the way to the office 4 people ( 1 boy ( I think they still call them this ) he’s checking out for lunch it’s 11:52am , can’t help me & 3 girls staring into computer screens, about 8 min before even acknowledged standing there for a hello - bottom line is NO ONE WORKS ANYMORE !! No one knows how to walk & chew gum at same time , but this is COLLEGE EDUCATION TODAY !! I might make doctors office one day !! I’ve been trying change my appointment all day !! It’s ok - I don’t need anything , I’ll find the next shit doctors office -

I was scared about getting my procedures done but after checking in on my appointment day with Dr. Oman and his amazing HOAG team, I have to say, I was treated like royalty. They assured I had all my questions answered and were so nice to me in my state of panic. Great team, great anesthesiologist, great doctor and great nurses. Thank you HOAG!

My recent experience with Dr. Oman was great. The entire process, from start to finish, was straightforward and easy. The doctor was very professional and explained everything to me before my procedure and then did a great job of explaining all his findings and what my next steps are after the procedure :)

Dr Oman is a thoughtful and patient gastroenterologist. For every endoscopy I have had, he and the medical staff always made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He helped discover my EoE condition and his recommendation to take Dupixent has greatly improved my ability to swallow. He’s the best and highly recommend. His staff is excellent also!
