Always happy with the MemorialCare system. Very efficient. My initial visit with Dr. Zia was very thorough. She asked all the pertinent questions and also addressed all of my concerns. I never felt rushed or unwelcome. I highly recommend both.
Dr. Zia is very approachable and professional. She is a physician I would add to my team of physicians.
I have been coming here for years. Everyone is nice and professional here. I recommend Memorialcare, they are great!
Good doctor with patience. Listen to patient's problems and recommend solutions. Check to find out the root causes and follow up the test results.
Everyone here is great. I had not been for two years. The Dr. and staff are literally like old friends to me a patient. That's how good it was! Then getting blood drawn. It's was a three second process. I'm hoping to continue with Dr. Wong. He is insightful and professional and caring.
Excellent physician
Great Doctors!!
Super efficient, but not rushed. Everyone was kind. The NP was amazing.
My husband and I went to see Dr. Jon G Biorkman for an ear problem, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience.A nurse or nurse practitioner asked a few questions. Then the doctor came in, looked into both ears for maybe two minutes, and said everything looked perfect -- no infection, no tear, no tumor. He said it might just be from the flu and could take up to three months to heal, but suggested doing a hearing test "just to be sure."He walked out, and the nurse came back saying the hearing machine wasn't available -- there was only one, and two patients ahead of us. When I said we could wait, she added that the test "wouldn't be conclusive" anyway, which honestly made no sense. It felt like she didn't want us to stay. I asked her how much it would cost since I'm self-pay, and she couldn't give me a clear answer -- said maybe "around $100 or something."A few minutes later, she came back saying the doctor now wanted us to go to an ENT instead and that he "saw something on the ear tube." I was confused because the doctor had just said everything was perfect. I asked to see him again. When he came back, he seemed frustrated, even though he spoke politely. He explained again that it could be from the flu, told us to chew gum, drink more water, use nasal spray, and that it might clear up. Then he said, "I don't have a crystal ball to tell you what's happening," which felt unnecessary. In the end, no test was done, and we left feeling like the whole visit was rushed and unclear. Later, we were charged $220 for that two-minute exam -- even though I was told over the phone that a self-pay visit would be around $160-$250 . When I asked about it, the front desk said it "depends on the doctor's coding." I honestly don't know what kind of code justifies that difference for such a short, unhelpful visit.I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left us very unhappy and confused. The doctor might be knowledgeable, but the visit felt dismissive, disorganized, and overpriced. Just be prepared -- you might walk out without answers but still with a big bill.
Dr. Staciewicz is efficient, but you never feel rushed. He is clear with his diagnoses and direct about the best course of treatment or Rx. He’s been a beautiful blend of warmth and competence as a practitioner for many years.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
