This morning I went for an appointment. When I arrived with my daughter, the person that was working in the front desk didn't even ask anything, and annoyingly said "What can I do". I can't speak that well of english speaking wise, and it was clearly shown throughout the conversation I had with her, that she was annoyed. She shouted multiple times because I didn't understand. Yes, she could be frustrated but it was very unpleasant. We left and went to the medical care in costa mesa and it was much better as the people in front were the sweetest.

Front desk ladies behaved like angry moms who just had a terrible day and wanted to find any chance to blame somthing on me. But I don’t recall I have moms like them for sure. Dr. Baick was late for 20min for my 20min session with no explanations, so I guess this is kind of the norm for him. I felt my session was a bit rushed as well to squeeze time for the next patient. Just be aware of that if you choose him to be your PCP. Because besides all of this, your next appointment with him is usually available two months away, which could be an issue sometimes. At last, I’d like to say that the nurse I met was friendly and nice. But this could not flip my whole unpleasant experience today. I hope he enjoys working there.

All the staff were very courteous, humble and kind. All the two doctors and nurse were phenomenal. Thank you for all those employees that care and took the time to care and help me out including the receptionist too.

Scheduling the appointment made the experience so much more tolerable. I was able to get in and out of the office in a fairly quick amount of time.

This practice was a great place for pediatric care for my family at one point in time. After Covid and after they moved the office to downstairs their service is lacking quality. I can’t wait to find my kids another pediatrician with another medical group. I don’t care for the new rules of my kids medical care is private and I have no say unless my kids give me permission. I’ve been trying to adapt to this for a year and it’s been a mess. These doctors aren’t calling in the meds like they are asked by my kids in the MyChart app. They put the responsibility on the kids to request for their prescriptions. They don’t call back when you call the call center. I hate that you have to call the call center. You don’t have access to call the doctors office direct. It’s just a headache! You have to literally loose your mind on the phone and scream and holler to get someone’s attention and a call back. Im still waiting after a week for my sons doctor to call in his meds. Prior to this situation they took 2 months after 2 MyChart requests and several calls to call in my sons asthma medication. I’m done with Memorial Care
