I have visited this office over the years and I finally thought I would write a review. On numerous occasions when I have visited the facility the front office staff has never smiled or been welcoming. Sometimes I stand in the line and although the staff is not helping anyone and there are at least 5 staff there I do not get called to come up. On one occasion I walked up to the desk and the staff said she was busy and asked me to go to the next desk without any friendliness or smile or barely looking up from her computer. Also I could hear a personal conversation from one of the staff talking about his boyfriend. When I came in for my Pap smear I also noticed blood on the floor of the room I was in and when I mentioned it to one of the staff in the back she didn't seem surprised or concerned. She was short and curt and just said we will take care of that in a flat tone. Seemed like I was bothering her by telling her. I don't like this facility at all. Been here 4 times within past couple months and each time the front office team and back office seems non welcoming. Also when they draw blood they are like machines. No hello how are you. Nothing. I would give zero stars but one time they took time to connect me with a good doctor. Although the front office staff didn't even know how to give me information on how to schedule a mammogram and had to get shown how to do it by one of her colleagues. I am not sure I'll be returning here again. Thank you.

Dr. Tint is an excellent doctor who takes care of the patients and combine it with the facilities that the Memorial Care offer then this becomes a win win situation for everyone. I come all the way from LAX (that's 82+ miles of round-trip) to see Dr. Tint.

I am giving this review 3 stars because overall my experience was good. The wait time was expected being this is flu season and it was a busy day. The young man checking me in was polite, I guess I was lucky. I noticed the patient next to me that was being checked in had a different experience and the young lady, she may be new, never seen her before but she was rude and looked frustrated. The few years I have been going to the clinic I always had a good experience but it just bothered me how that employee was acting towards a patient.

I really like this place, I keep trying to schedule virtual visits for my chest pain but they have me come in instead, obviously with good reason. :) The waiting room is big and they have a place to have your blood taken. It's a pretty short wait - I always check in on the app and make sure my account information is correct and my medications are accurate as well. Daniel took me back the last couple of times he's really cool my blood pressure was still high from climbing the stairs not sure if it's just me but they get me in pretty quickly. Anyway Dr Lu is the absolute best, she is quick and thorough I usually have no questions but my wife is always keen to ask things that I'm not gonna say they don't matter, but Dr Lu is very kind and answers all those too. Not that I look forward to going to the doctor but I'm happy Dr Lu is taking good care of me :)

I would recommend Dr. Gloria Lu for anything. she is incredible, she's very attentive, she asks the right questions and she make sure I understand whatever she's talking about. she's very open, honest and very caring. It's very refreshing to have a doctor that gives a s*** about you. She's very rare and even though she's out of network she is absolutely worth the copay.

This place was clean,the people that work there are friendly, professional and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen by my doctor.

Dr. Ario Angha was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He is the perfect mix of empathy and efficacy. 10/10 would recommend! Staff at this location was wonderful and polite!

This was a virtual visit via Zoom. The availability of such a product is great to begin with. On top of that, the Dr. was great. He listened well and prescribed meds that helped. The integration of the Memorial system was seamless with him having access to all of my information.
