Have been to other Wave Imaging locations. Irvine Barranca is far the best of them all. Front office very friendly and quick to help you.Staff members could not have been more polite and caring. Will make a point to go out of my way to go back in the future.I live in Huntington Bch and would rather drive here than my local facility. Thanks Manny for your help.

Took my mother for a pet scan on a Monday. It was a little busy in the morning, but the front desk was nice and helpful. The person who completed my mothers scan (apologize don’t remember his name)he was nice, patient and explained everything thoroughly.

The actual x-ray was quick and easy. Staff friendly. Walk-in. However, I had to wait an hour. Watched 4 patients who arrived after us go in before me. No apology, she just said they should have let me in sooner. No explanation. To get a cd of my images, I would have had to wait up to 40 more minutes, so I left without images. Frustrating visit.

The walk-in visit process was fine, however the website they use for patients to book an X-Ray appointment online is a disaster. It didn’t have any selection to pick my type of X-Ray (a fairly standard one for kidney stones) as ordered by my doctor so after going through a bunch of screens and prompts I couldn’t pre-schedule online. It only had an option for “other X-rays” which when you chose this option, their website directed me to call their phone number which is useless because Wave Imaging doesn’t answer their phone for X-Rays. It directs you to back again to their website to schedule an appointment (which didn’t work) or do a walk in. I took a chance with a walk in and it took about 30 minutes wait time.They need to fix their website!
