MIchael A. Waldman's Online Review Report Card

I don't like to see doctor. I had skipped regular doctor visit for 4 years before I see Dr. Waldman and I am with him for 2 years now. I read the latest 2 bad reviews and it is not what I experienced. Doctor Waldman is very patient and detail. He is nice. We even chat like friends. I needed an urgent care one time and he skipped his break (admin time) to see me. The staffs are professional and courtesy. To support my claim, my daughter graduated from Pomona College California and Balor Medical school in Texas. She is is Specialist MD in Dermatology.

I cannot recommend Dr.Waldman or his staff. He is unsympathetic and unaccountable. I've had multiple issues with the rude staff too. During covid you would think a medical professional would be more understanding.

It took 20 minutes for my call to go through and when i got to the Front Desk, the woman I spoke too was both uninformed on how the doctor works with new patients and was rude. I guess this Doctor, who does get excellent reviews as a Doctor, is too busy and his supporting staff is poor quality. Unacceptable when you are dealing with your health and medical matters.

Best doctor I ever had! I like to be his patient for my life!He is knowledgeable, kind, good listener, and he explains things for me to understand.

Dr. Michael Waldman has been more than a doctor to me. He has literally save my life! When I came to him I have been on pain meds from many many years, aside of that, I was on a variety of other medications that weren't good for me. I couldn't drive a car, I couldn't function as an adult, I had no memory and appeared to have what look like... Dementia. Having had family history of Parkinson's and Levy Body dementia and an early death of my father caused from both had lead my family to think I was on his same path. Simply put...I was lost! In March 2018 he got me into Hoag Hospital Newport Beach they helped me detox off of many of the medications and over the course of the last 22 months I have regained my life! I can drive a car, I can babysit my grandchildren safely, my memory has improved greatly but mostly I've learned a lot about myself. I have learned that in the most unlikely of places...You will find an angel living among us, For me that Angel is Dr. Michael Waldman, Hoag Irvine, CA. If you want a doctor that will go the extra mile to make you a better person and have a better life he's the guy to see! I know because I've been battling my illness since 2006. I finally feel that there is hopeAnd I just pray that this message reaches somebody that needs to hear it!

I have been his patient for the last twenty years! He is fantastic.Always ready to take you in for a consult even when you didn't make an appointment . I never felt like a burden. And of course he alwaysdiagnose you right!I hope to have Dr. Waldman till the end of my days,Ana M. Shuman RN.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Waldman since December 2017. We picked him at random through our insurance with Hoag and we certainly got lucky. He is the best. He is kind and courteous and doesn’t rush our appointments and always goes the extra mile. His staff is always friendly. I have been here about 4 times and my son has been here 3 times. We haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and after the nurse is done we have seen the Dr. with in 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Waldman and his staff.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Waldman’s for over 20 years. He’s the best - well informed, patient and he always takes the time needed to address any issues.
