Dr. Rassouli was irresponsible, dismissive and overall extremely unprofessional. I waited over an hour to be seen and was rushed out of the office after 4 minutes. He did not take his time to address my symptoms or discuss treatment options with me. I understand that I have Medi-Cal, but that should not dictate the type of medical care I am given.

Rassouli is a vicious man. i was on ivig to be able to walk & to feel less pain. i've a disease where it feels like i'm being burt alive. Infusions give me some relief. I told him i was seeing a 2nd nuerologist & told him what she was doing. The other nuerologist has never seen how bad it gets for me w/o ivig. He then quit. He withdrew his ivig prescription that was good until Nov. Now i am bedridden in horrible pain and cant walk. i'm not even to hold my 5 month old daughter. An evil man.

Dr Rassouli has been a great doctor. He's kind, understanding and has helped me with my headaches and tumor. He knew the right treatment!! God bless you Dr. Rassou

He has no responsibility feeling for his patients. We had an appointment on a Friday afternoon for a serious seizure attack. When we reached there he had left his office and locked the door. Another disabled patient was also waiting there; she also had an appointment. We called his cellphone and found out that the Dr had left the office without giving any calls or notices and he lied us saying he was in his office till few minutes ago and left it right now. No responsibility;Never back to him.

Had an appointment, he never showed up. We waited with my I'll 83 year old mother to no avail. Never even a phone call apologizing or with an explanation. My mother end up in the ER.
