Neyssan Tebyani's Online Review Report Card

The office is way too busy for Dr. Tebyani to take proper care of his patients. You feel like a number in this clinic setting, and you'll never feel like you're #1. The front staff is unhelpful as well as the back staff, and you will not receive a call back - no matter what your emergency is. As a topper, you have to pay to park here and they somehow constantly run out of validations.

Dr. Tebyani is absolutely the best, I would never trade in a million years. It's true that the scheduling staff is not the best, but to complain about 5 minutes holding on the phone is super nitpicky. The doctor also tends to run behind, but maybe that's because he's busy and he has a life. The nurse at the hospital said they run on Teb-time, hilarious. Regardless, this stuff is super IMPORTANT and I trust him 100%. His explanations and predictions are spot-on and he handled an important surgery flawlessly. I feel like I literally owe my life to Dr. Tebyani. Everyone who says he needs to smile more or give them candy or something are completely missing the point.

I have been going to Dr. Tebyani for about five years and have always been very happy with him. He is a very good Dr. and I trust and like him very much. My problem is with his billing Department. When I saw him last visit I gave them, my new insurance information but they billed my old insurance. I called them four times and could only reach a voice mail message that said they would return my call within forty eight hours. I have never been able to talk to a live person. I want to pay them cannot reach them to straighten this out. This is so frustrating and unprofessional that I am considering changing a Doctor that I really like. All I am asking for is a simple return call which I have not received in over two weeks.

Dr tebyani has been taking care of my dad as his urologist .. My father was hospitalized after the hospital ended up wearing a catheter for two months until he saw dr tebyani and dr tebyani cared so well for my dad he knew right away what my dad needed to be prescribed Thank you Dr tebyani and staff .. just amazing

Dr. Tebyani is one of the best , He save my life I would like to thanks him for all his help.

HORRIBLE! WAS HOSPITALIZED TWICE FOR KIDNEY STONES AND UNDERWENT TWO SURGERIES, POSTOP THE DOCTOR NEVER MADE HOSPITAL VISITS TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING, IN FACT NEVER KNEW MY NAME. HAD ANOTHER DOCTOR DISCHARGE ME FROM THE HOSPITAL. ON MY POST OP VISIT TO HIS OFFICE, NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING ABOUT THE SURGERIES TO ME OR MY HUSBAND. VERY NONCARING DOCTOR. HIS OFFICE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AT ALL! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BE HIS PATIENT!! HE ONLY WAS MY DOCTOR BECAUSE WHEN I WAS ADMITTED THROUGH THE ER, HE WAS ON CALL! WOULD NOT SEEK HIM OUT AS MY DOCTOR!!!!

Dr. Tebyani is the best in the business and very knowledgable, friendly, and explains everything in detail and will patiently listen to any concerns or questions you may have. He is held up sometimes and maybe a bit late, this is a very busy office. The only reason I did not give 5 stars because the nurses (Sand Canyon) are not all that helpful or communicative, a bit aloof and not interested in providing any explanations of procedures, you get a feeling of being herded like cattle, they seem very rushed and a bit cavalier in attitude.I would go elsewhere if it wasn't for Dr. Tebyani.

Wasn't a fan of him at all. I ended up in the hospital with a blocked kidney at 32.5 weeks and was in excruciating pain. He came into access me and asked what I was feeling. I told him I could barely survive without the meds and that it hurt to lift my leg. He basically looked at me and told me and said, "that doesn't sound like a kidney issue to me." I ended up having to get a nephrostomy bag put it because IT WAS A KIDNEY issue. Then I went into my follow up appointment and told him it still in a lot of pain. He was not compassionate at all and didn't give me any reasons or reassurance that it would get better. Does not have a good bedside manner at all. I was 33 weeks pregnant with a nephrostomy bag and he could have cared less. Acting like you actually care about your patients and not making them feel like they are crazy is probably a better way to go.
