Any average doctor gets 3 or 4 stars, but a five star takes his time, converses with you so you both feel comfortable, and seeks to understand as much as he can for you, and wants to provide as much treatment as is appropriate, and listens when you say you have tried certain things already. That is Dr Phielipp.
