The Dr was kind and professional, the staff was efficient, I waited a normal amount of time for a walk-in clinic. I was sent by my employer to complete a required test, in all, I was in and out quickly for a midweek, middle of the day walk in, I felt satisfied with my experience.

I called twice to tell them my condition and told them I might have fractured my arm not sure. I came they took my info...my insurance ...took xrays...I told them I was in pain. They never accessed me upfront or was concerned with my pain...they had me wait for 3 hours then stand up take several xrays with pain then the machine was not working I did not have a CD to give to ER at hoag ...they had to retake the xrays all over again. Urgent care diagnosed me with a fracture and ER said I had a shoulder dislocation. I have no idea about what to do..thats there job to access their patientTo make an extra effort to care about other people. They do not care...their service is terrible. Hoag ER was the best aervice...they were 100% on top of their game and I got a pain shot.

Visiting concentra was the worst experience I have ever had visiting a clinic. The communication between doctors and staff was horrible. I was referred there by amazon for a work place related injury to my knee, and it took me almost 1 month to be seen. I had to visit the office 5 times before being seen once. Mainly because they said I had exhibted "symptoms" after being sick over a week ago did they tell me to return 7 days later. However, a doctor twice called me saying that since I was vaccinated I could return the next day. When i went bafk the next day they told me I still had to wait 7 days before returning, but did not inform the doctor about this. I know because after I left the doctor called me to reschedule an appointment for 2 days later. Concentra was very unprofessional, rude, and wasted my time and money (because I had to take time away from work for each visit). If i could give 0 stars I would.

The staff was very nice but there was a wait time and it seemed there was no order because people were seen before me that had come in after me.Aside from that everyone was very helpful and the nurses there were all so wonderful!

After looking at my paperwork, I realized that my height and weight were incorrect. It made me three inches shorter and ten pounds heavier than I am. Resulting in my BMI to be in a category way to high. I now have to go to my doctor and be tested for sleep apnea. I was there for over two hours and it wasn't that busy.
