Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The dentist explained everything clearly and was very gentle. The office is clean and modern, and there was almost no wait time. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for decades at this point. The doctor is very professional and gives good explanations on what he does or recommends. He also is not out just to make money because he will not suggest something that is not necessary. The dental assistants have changed over the years but the tall guy has always been there and is pleasant as well. The front office has changed even more and those are hit or miss.

Basem Airood is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encounter in USA. After visiting him for regular check-up/cleaning appointment I have to drive my teenage daughter to Emergency room. It is hard to believe that that person can call himself "doctor". His negligence and malpractice created a lot of health problems for my minor child. We came to OC Smile Dental by recommendation of our orthodontic doctor. It is shame that somebody can referral to this place. Basem Airood is also the most unpleasant person who publicly treats females as a second-class citizen. Stay away of this doctor and OC Smile Dental for your health safety.

Just had a first time patient appointment here and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I called to book the appointment, to checking out at the front desk, everything was a very thorough experience. Andrea is very detail oriented in her job and cares about the patient experience. Dr. Airood has excellent bedside manner. He found a few things with the alignment in my teeth that my previous dentist did not tell me (who knows how long I have been having this). The doctor also explained his procedures carefully and made me feel heard and cared for. It is rare to find service like this. Also, they used high-tech equipment and an ultrasonic scaler for the cleaning! No more scraping or pain. I felt like I got a very thorough cleaning and they put additional products to lock it in. I am looking forward to coming back here again and getting my dental health back in place where it should be. Thank you doctor Airood and staff!

The staff are nice. Environment is good. But I think they do something weird with the billing and insurance claim…. Very sketchy… make sure to check your claim history from the insurance company and understand what has been filed since this will impact your future insurance coverage.

This visit changed the fear that I had had for years, each visit to the dentist was a challenge, but this time I want to thank this group of professionals because from reception to departure my experience was exceptional. Doctor Basem told me about how the procedure was going to be, although I was still nervous because I knew what it was about, he is very gentle with excellent care, along with his assistant and I can summarize that after different visits to other dentists, this has been the best experience, Thank you all !!!!
