Doctor Rajabi has ben my dentist for over 10 years now. I am really happy with him because he is fair, and awesome dentist. Thanks doctor.
Would give a zero if yelp allowed. Called to make an appointment and discussed two teeth with the receptionist. Only one of which wanted immediate assistance with and the other a further analysis from their office if the tooth could be saved In which my dentists office said they would need to determine. The receptions at OC Dental... told me that "I could not make a decision on which teeth they correct and it would be considered fraudulent and illegal for me to make a decision which teeth I choose at the time if the dentist office says there are recommended treatment for other teeth"!! What?? I told the receptionist I can choose which teeth in my own mouth I wanted done at the time and they have no authority. Receptionist tells me they cant help and hung up phone. Called back to speak with a manager at which time., refused to tell me her name or allowed me discuss the issue with her manager... and then tells me she called my dentist after telling me their office refuses me as a patient. Told the receptionist not to contact my dentist as i'd never come to their office after her rude and illegal statements made towards services provided. Whatever the dentist name., record as your legal right phone calls and setup cameras to see how your staff is ruining business., fire your receptionists and get competent employees who are legally obligated to provide their name, appropriate escalation if you want to remain in business. Wake up and don't take my word yet read other reviews as well since it's easily found on the internet. If you let it continue you will go out of business which according to other reviews let alone you and your staffs illegal allegations towards client rights which they stated was illegal for you not not let me chose which teeth you treat! Continue and with your receptionist with others will be put legally out of business by lawsuits. Reporting to BBB the illegal statements made by your receptionist on my legal rights
Do not come here. I was told my insurance doesn't cover something and denied services, I called my insurance immediately and was told that it is covered so this place essentially tried to scam me for $300. Never again, I know my coverage. Horrible people.
Horrible experience. Very rude women behind the desk talking about customers when they hung up and made fun of someone's name and discussing drinking plans after work and asked me to come in early but then sat for an hour claiming that's how is it sometimes. Extremely terrible place and not helpful people. Receptionists are on some high horse and just arnt nice at all. Zero stars if possible. Negative stars if possible.
Iwld give him a zero , it was dr Hyder I was referred to him for wisdom teeth extraction . And it was a pain to get that one tooth extracted , and after the extraction he stitches inside of my cheek to my gum line , he is the worst dentist I ever met . Do not go to him . Worst work ever !!!!!!!!! And he charges me $645.00 for tooth removal and $150 for consultation which I have never made in the first place. They say in the bill it's fully impacted tooth but nothing of that sort actually . It was just sidewards and a perfectly fine tooth .
Horrible experience here and never got treatment. I refuse to give them any business. Rebecca the receptionist was so rude and discriminatory and should not work in customer service. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy here !
Rude is a polite word for the girl working the front desk named rebecca. She tried to put on a good hat in front of Dr Haydar who is one of the best in dentistry in my opinion but i know he along with others working there knew all too well that is not the first time this person has acted atrociously.
Rude girl in the front desk is unapologetic. As I'm writing this, I have been kept waiting in a car for over one hour after my appointment time with no explanation or apology. Do not go to OC Dental Group.
Dr Rajabi has been my dentist for years, and I have nothing but praise for the very personal and humane attention he has given to my dental needs, which were extensive. For complicated work, he has sent me to top notch specialists he works with. I sent my daughter there from Los Angeles because of that, and as he always does, he found a specialist who could correct botched work from a "natural" dentist who did not believe in X-rays. I read reviews saying the office is dirty or rude, and it is difficult for me to believe they were in the same office I have visited for years. Yes, it is small and not luxuriously outfitted, but you normally don't have to wait long when you have an appointment. Someone mentioned overly high prices, but that certainly has not been my experience, and they will always work with you taking payments, in my experience.
I canceled my appointment because several people in the office were not wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic... I definitely don't feel comfortable taking my mask off and getting dental work if people in the office aren't wearing masks, and I don't want to support a business that doesn't protect its employees

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
