Dr. Mwesigwa is one of the most genuine, wonderful, caring Doctor’s I have ever known. I have severe stress incontinence and she has helped me tremendously. I am so grateful for her care and her encouraging words. My stress incontinence is now under control with medication so much so that I will not have to have surgery. Thank you, Dr. Mwesigwa :)

Dr. Mwesigwa is genuinely one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable. She is extremely professional, kind, and personable. Beyond thankful I have a doctor like her!

Dr. Mwesigwa is phenomenal. I have wanted to see a urologist for over a decade. I have had issues since my teens. She is patient, kind, she listens, and is sensitive to the needs of her patients. To me it was super overwhelming to be seen for this procedure and she made me feel comfortable. I liked her so much after first meeting her I sent 9 different women her contact. When it came time for my surgery, she was amazing, comforting, and calming. She held my hand and assured me she would do her best. She came highly recommended by my OBGYN (whom I hope never retires and I trust entirely) with raving reviews. I am not a huge doctor fan, and I literally only trust 3, (I've got fears.) my OB, Dr. Mwesigwa, and my vet. She's in high demand and well worth it.

Dr. Mwesigwa is a fantastic doctor! I liked her immediately from my first appointment. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable. She explains things thoroughly and takes the time to answer my questions. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Dr Patricia Mwesigwa is wonderful doctor, she cares to listen to her patient, explained the options for the procedure, how often I need to get it done. I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure, she is very skilled in her work. I am so fortunate and grateful to be under her care the last 2 years.

I have been having severe stress incontinence for 7 years after having kids. I had went to 3 other doctors, PT, and done other treatments. I heard good things about Dr. Mwesigwa and wanted to get her consult about surgery. I am younger so I was definitely hesitant but knew I needed it. She was so thorough...showed me all the options and gave me honest feedback about my situation. She was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable and I remember calling my husband and saying "she's the one" for surgery. She also gave me her cell number throughout the process to contact anytime. I had surgery soon after and it has been life changing for me. I wish all doctors could be this genuine and provide great care. Have referred so many people who suffer from this!

Dr. Mwesigwa is an amazing and talented physician. The first time I met her, I was very impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness to help her patients. I’ve had some bladder issues due to having twins and she explained the best course of treatment for me. She really heard what I had to say when others just wanted to give me a pill. She discussed the entire surgery process and answered all of my questions. She held my hand while I was going under, called my partner about the outcome and reached to me after surgery even when it was the holidays! The most impressive trait about Dr Mwesigwa is her caring heart! She puts her patients first. I also noticed that she cares and treats others around her with the most kindness and professionalism. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their physician.

Dr. Mwesigwa is truly the best! She goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality of care to her patients. From the moment I met her, I felt welcomed and cared for. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is so rare to find a doctor that takes the time to listen and address your concerns, while also working together with you to come up with the best course of action. I highly recommend Dr. Mwesiga to anyone seeking a kind and compassionate doctor!

I want to start off by saying that I love OC Urology! I am in the care of Dr. Mwesigwa and she could not be any sweeter, encouraging, and professional. I was nervous about getting a procedure and she made it all easy and smooth. I have never had a protein scheduling and the staff is super accommodating. Dr. Mwesigwa takes the time to answer all my questions and makes me feel cared for. I HIGHLY recommend OC Urology and Dr. Mwesigwa!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience meeting with Dr. Mwesigwa for the first time. She was very thorough and listened intently. I felt comfortable sharing my history with her. Given that my case was a rarity, I appreciated her excitement because she gave me several options with explanations for each. I wish I could’ve met her sooner to alleviate my situation, but better late than never! Dr. Mwesigwa and her staff are super personable and I’d highly recommend them.
