List of Paul Mansonhing, Md's Reviews
I highly recommend Dr. Paul M. Mansonhing, MD, as a primary care physician. He is exceptionally kind and straightforward, which makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Mansonhing's deep knowledge and expertise are evident in the way he addresses concerns and provides clear, thoughtful explanations. I always leave his office feeling confident in the care I'm receiving. If you're looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being and is highly skilled, Dr. Mansonhing is the one to see.
So many doctors nowadays don't take the time to hear what your problem is. And, sometimes it's more than just one thing, and you want to get a professional opinion. If you want someone who runs their office based on 12 minute doctor appointment allocations go somewhere else. I have been seeing Dr. Mansonhing for over 20 years and appreciate the time he gives his patients.
One star for great doctor. -4 for the extremely rude, incompetently terrible staff. My mom has been suffering in pain for weeks. And even ended up in ER twice since her last visit. She spent all of last week waiting for authorization to see a specialist to get her problem taken care of only to hear back "it's still pending." During our second visit to ER and we find out there's a chance it's a cancer and even the ER Dr asked what is stopping us from seeing the proper doctor to make sure this issue is taken care of, even he was surprised we were waiting for so long. After spending the night in ER, she gets discharged despite they wanted to monitor another few days. We make an appointment for my mom to see the Dr. as soon as we get home. We asked for a same day appointment and they told us no, they only had an opening the next day in the morning. That's fine, we wait and go into her next day. Turns out the nurse scheduled her for two days later! While arguing with the front desk TURNED OUT they had the approval since last week!! So my mom was calling daily to find out what was going on to hear them say it's still pending without actually checking! Here now we have to wait another week to finally see the specialist for a biopsy when we could have made this appointment a week ago and got seen sooner.
Good doctor Dr. Mansonhing, is a great primary care physician. Takes time to listen to what my health concerns were and has been great both times I went to see him.
He has been my pcp for nearly 20 yrs, and he has been pretty good in managing my health.
Nice Man I have been seeing Dr. Mansonhing off and on for years. While he is a very nice man and seemingly knowledgeable, his front office staff and nurse leave a lot to be desired. He had a nurse for years named Roberta- I felt like I was in good hands; I'm not sure about his present staff. My latest beef is that I had a blood test almost two weeks ago, never heard anything back from the office or the doctor, finally called on Monday to ask for the results in which I was told they would have the doctor call me. That was Monday, it is now Wednesday-I still have not heard back. I hate to say it, I'm ready to find a new doctor. I want to be treated as a human being that matters. The front desk staff here is atrocious-not sure the doctor is aware. Maybe fewer patients will make him aware.
I have been a patient of DR Paul for 15 years. He is great. The only reason for the 4 of 5 is because the girl who now works the front desk is the most rude, unhelpful person I have ever come across. She does not belong in the medical profession where empathy is important. She should go work for a Subway Sandwich shop. That suits her a bit better.
Stumbled upon Dr. Paul through my medical group and I am delighted he is my physician! Thorough and friendly and the best ever! Staff too!
This doctor helped me through my Covid. On New Year's Eve. This is something my asthma doctor couldn't do as he wasn't available. Thank you, Keith H.
Dr. Mansonhing is simply not a good doctor. It is difficult to schedule appointments with him. The appointments are short and the examinations are short. He then prescribes a lot of medication for any issue you have, but many of the medications are not covered by your insurance. His staff is difficult to deal with on any issue. Dr. Mansonhing and his staff are terrible about following up with the medical insurance companies to make sure medications or follow-up procedures are covered by your insurance. Use another doctor if you want good medical care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
