Staff was so profressional, kind, and helpful! Everything was extremely clean, and a smooth process. Dr Merwin and MA were also both extremely helpful with my medical questions and needs. Highly recommend this clinic!

Carrying staff and easy processes. Also love the apps they have for scheduling video appointments and seeing all your records/messages. I haven't tapped into all their different offerings but good to know they have a variety of types of support and care.

what a great experience! I'm just visiting in Irvine & got sick, needed care quickly. Everyone at Perlman was so helpful and kind. The nurse practitioner I saw was amazing - not only for my specific issue that day but also some other advice I plan to follow.

I have new insurance and this was my assigned PCP and I always like to call ahead to ensure that I have all my ducks in a row before making my first appointment. Whoever answered the call was snappy, rude, and didn't know the cross streets of the location. When I said is this location at Harvard and main? They got annoyed and asked me for the address as if I'm the one that works there. I asked general questions and asked to speak with someone maybe more knowledgeable. Not sure if management is aware of the lack of customer service but as a prospective new patient I just assume the doctor(s) bedside manner would be similar since they allows That. That phone call would turn any new patient away.
