One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The staff is welcoming, the office is spotless, and Dr. Trieu is extremely knowledgeable and gentle. They really take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure you’re comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I’m very happy I found this office and would highly recommend them.

I’ve lived in Irvine for over three years and have seen several dentists during that time. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Trieu that I truly understood what a great dentist should be — professional, honest, and genuinely patient-centered. What sets Dr. Trieu apart is that he always looks at treatment from the patient’s perspective, not from a financial one. He often says, “If you were my daughter, this is what I would recommend.” That sentence alone gave me a level of trust and peace of mind I had never experienced before. Dr. Trieu strongly believes in conservative, preservation-focused treatment. Looking back, I honestly wish I had met him earlier. I might have avoided unnecessary crowns, implants, and the loss of my natural teeth. With his philosophy, careful judgment, and exceptional skill, I truly believe some of my teeth could have been saved instead of being extracted and replaced. Nothing is better than your own natural teeth — not financially, and certainly not functionally. Meeting Dr. Trieu has been a blessing, and I am deeply grateful. From now on, I will only trust him with my dental care. Other dentists didn’t just cost me time and money — they cost me something irreplaceable: my natural teeth. I’ve since referred my family and friends to Dr. Trieu, including my daughter. She has received excellent, thoughtful care. While other dentists strongly recommended braces, fillings, or extractions, Dr. Trieu carefully evaluated her situation and explained that some treatments were not urgent and could be safely monitored. At the same time, when a tooth truly required immediate attention, he was very clear and decisive. This individualized, responsible approach — not a one-size-fits-all or profit-driven mindset — is exactly why Dr. Trieu is so special. I sincerely hope more people have the opportunity to meet Dr. Trieu and experience his care. If you are looking for a dentist who truly prioritizes your long-term dental health, your finances, and your best interests, I believe you will feel exactly the same way I do.

Dr. Trieu has been our family doctor for over 15 years, and I've recommended countless others over the years. He's professional, kind, and incredibly skilled in his field. Dr Trieu and his staff are AMAZING, they are all extremely pleasant, friendly, and willing to answer any questions you may have. I've been going to see Dr. Trieu for years and I refuse to change my dentist. I went in a few weeks ago for a wisdom tooth extraction - he removed it so gently and quickly that I didn't even realize he was done. I tell all my friends and family about Preservation Dentistry whenever they let me know they're looking for a dentist!!

Before I started seeing Dr. Trieu I was jumping around from dentist to dentist and dreading each experience. I never felt like I was cared for or listened to. But 6 years ago I came to Dr. Trieu for the first time (honestly because all of my co-workers at the time swore to me it would be amazing) and I have been a patient here since. This place is amazing. The staff is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They truly care about each and every one of their patients and are always available for help. And Dr. Trieu is a shining star, all he wants to do is help people save money and take care of their teeth. I love that he always does what’s best for his patients and isn’t afraid to tell you the honest truth. He has made visiting the dentist actually enjoyable for me instead of scary and I’m Trieu-ly grateful for everything he has done to help me ☺️ TLDR: just make an appointment, you won’t be sorry.

I have been here twice now , and I must say, Dr. Trieu was so amazing! He showed deep passion into his work and walked me through step by step of the procedure/ treatment he provided me! He is definitely one that demonstrates much care for his patients and kept made me feel confident that I was in very good hands. He made the whole process comfortable and easy! His front and back staff were also very welcoming and warming, and simply the sweetest! They did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend Dr. Trieu to everybody!
