Hard to get an appointment when needed. Office never calls back. Doesn't answer questions.
My first visit with Dr. Dayal was better than expected. She was engaging, concerned, and peppered me with questions my previous doctor never asked--but should have. She was very professional and diligent in her treatment and I left feeling great about the visit. She may not have joked or laughed with me, but that's not what I went to see her about. I would recommend her without hesitation and in fact, intend on setting an appointment for my daughter to see her.
No! I would never recommend Dr. Dayal to friends, family or a stranger. She has treated me with disdain and tried to make me feel unimportant. When I questioned her on the procedure I had, which has been a failure she would blame it on one of two things, either on my thinness or the curvature of my back, which I remind her these were all clearly evident from the very beginning. I weigh within my range for my height. The original pain was still with me and now I had to fight against the new pain from surgery that can only be corrected by another back surgery to have the device removed completely. I needed paper work filled out that was addressing my chronic pain and she kept putting me off stating that she is not trained to fill out the form. Each of my other doctors filled out the forms for their specialty with out blinking an eye. Dr. Dayal recently claimed that I was addicted to opioids and lie to her. There is so much more but this will have to do.
Arrogant, rude, did not listen, had no understanding of type of pain and need for pain medication with my health conditions. Almost yelling at me and trying to shut my up. Her answer is completely unacceptable and does not address my needs. Recommendation of Aspercreme is a joke. Furthermore she gave me Narcan because I take a medication that combined with opioid pain med could be a problem. I take a minimal amount of pain med and have been taking the same for years with no problem. Narcan , really? I hope if I OD, I will remember to use it. Tells me to call when I am in pain and they will give me something. My conditions do not work with this arrangement and again I can not stress enough her poor attitude and completely uneducated in my conditions.

She was rude and condescending. She spoke down to me and told me to accept the fact that I would be in chronic pain forever. Not once did she ask me questions regarding my pain etc.. it was all about medication. I felt rushed and unheard. I felt like a bother. I would never recommend her as a doctor.

gosh, the other reviews dont sound anything like my visits with her. from day 1 she has been polite and helpful and helped me in a way no other doctor over the last ten years has. she's a little strict, and i dont always like what she has to say, but i know she's right. each visit there is a different person who visits with me first and relays our interaction to her and then she comes in to talk with me. each visit, each of these other persons are very sharp and very polite and i have to add that her staff at the desk is very professional also. i'm happy with her and i hope i can stay with her. i've been seeing her for just over a year now, i believe...

If I could give 0 stars I would. She is arrogant and condescending. When questioned about a dangerous medication she allowed a resident to prescribe, her response was to say I needed to find another doctor, right at the start of the pandemic! If you want treatment other than drugs don’t see Dayal.

Keep you at invalid status so you must rely on them. Blame patient for when things go wrong between physicians. Do not make any attempt to solve problem dispite patient begging for other options. Yell and blame you for your diagnosis of tumor; no empathy or sympathy. Are inappropriate with words and actions; always go with another person and suggest recording conversations. Also suggest seeing physicians in other departments that can be helpful and kind.

I unfortunately had to go to Dr. Dayal due to the specific doctor I was referred to being booked for the next two months. When I got to the office, I was made to wait in the room for over 45 minutes. He was professional and took note of my symptoms. Once Dr. Dayal finally came into the room, she was dismissive, rude and arrogant. She didn't speak to me and got the information from the nurse. She recommended a cream for $3,600 and when I asked if my cardiologist would approve, she didn't tell me.
