She is terrible, not available, not flexible, and does not take care of her patients as a PMD. She told me that I can make an appointment with another Hoag provider who is available because she does not have time for a virtual visit or a phone call. Isn't a primary doctor supposed to give recommendations/guidance/prescriptions when patients are sick? I am very concerned that she is with Hoag and still practicing.

She is a wonderful doctor! I’ve been seeing Dr. Serag for almost 4 years now and she’s extremely thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable!

She is friendly, quick, and straight to the point. She is good when you are healthy. She is not available when you need her such as when you are sick and need an urgent rx. PMD needs to be more flexible and available when patients are sick, don't they?

I've met withDr. Serag twice. She advised a course of treatment and referred me to PT. She was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Being "doctor shy" I was grateful for her kindness. As with most practices today, telephone communication is awkward and unless one is computer competent, timely communication is almost impossible. She attempted to ease me into the computer system, but my name was inadvertently entered wrong and communication problems still exist. Be aware that on some Google maps her office is listed at the wrong address. The correct one is on Sand Canyon.

I've been seeing Dr. Serag for several years now and she is INCREDIBLE! She always provides me with re-assurance and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She is extremely knowledgable and always keeps it real with you! I always appreciate her attention to detail and care for me as a patient.The whole staff here are great as well and truly care about your well-being. They are very careful and follow CDC guidelines which is greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend Dr. Serag for anyone seeking primary care from a doctor.
