Our nurse coordinator, Paula, and the rest of the staff were an essential part of our journey. Paula guided us through every step with patience, clarity, and quick support whenever we needed it. Each visit, the staff’s genuine warmth and calm presence made me feel truly comfortable with every blood draw and ultra sound. They celebrated our successes with us and offered unwavering support throughout the process. Now that we’ve graduated to an OB, we can feel the difference — and we genuinely miss visiting the RFC office.

Dr. Lin, Lori, and the rest of the staff assisted us throughout our fertility journey and walked us through all the challenges my partner and I had. They were patient and I would highly recommend you give them a try. Thank you Dr. Lin!

I am in my early 30s and faced challenges with my ovarian function, particularly with an AMH level of <0.4. After a disappointing egg freezing cycle at another facility, where all retrieved eggs were of poor quality and could not be frozen, I was feeling quite discouraged. Thankfully, a friend recommended Dr. Lin, and I couldn't be more grateful. From the very first consultation, Dr. Lin impressed me with his thoroughness and the wealth of information he provided. He took the time to explain everything, which made me feel more confident about my options. I decided to move forward right away, and I'm so glad I did. Throughout my treatment cycle, Dr. Lin and his team were incredibly professional, supportive, and always available to answer any questions I had. Their responsiveness made a significant difference in my experience. I’m thrilled to share that I was able to successfully freeze 6 eggs during my first round! Now, I'm back for my second round, and I feel optimistic about the process. If you’re struggling with poor ovarian function, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lin. We chose to transfer our embryos from another clinic to this one, and the entire experience has been exceptionally smooth with clear and timely communication. Head Nurse Abby has been remarkably professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring every step of the way. We’ve now selected the right surrogate and are preparing for the upcoming transfer. We’re very excited and deeply appreciative of the team’s support.

Dr. Nasab listened to every little thing that my partner and I had to say as our concern when we had initially sat down for our first consultation. She never promised anything except that she is going to try her best based on the previous attempts with a different doctor and the results that was provided to her from the previous clinic. She changed the routine in order to give us the best outcome possible based on the knowledge that was given, and she even sat down after each procedure explaining what had happened, and what each results meant and the stages that it was undergoing. In the end, she had obtained more eggs ever compared to the previous doctors combined, and was able to get one successful embryos to be cultured and turned out to be normal after the testing Be honest with her, and if you believe there is something that is not fertility related, but medically related and share that with her because she is an honest and a person of integrity who will let you know the truth based on her knowledge. Then there was my coordinator I was assigned to, Annie, who was probably one of the best coordinators I have ever worked with throughout all my medical appointments inside and outside of fertility treatments. She would be very clear and concise on her method of communication and would always follow up if a due date was approaching and I had not finished my side of the homework. I really appreciate all that she has done from beginning to end with her communication and her sense of compassion, love, and care for myself, and I'm sure she does that with all of her patience. If I can give some feedback, I would say she deserves a high pay raise

10/10 to this amazing practice. We’re dealing with top notch professionals here. We left a San Diego practice and chose to make the drive to Irvine instead. The difference was like night and day. They listened to our concerns here and treated us like family. Thank you Dr. Lin and Dr. Williams for our twins with the first try. Special shout out to Florrie Pan in the finance department that took very good care of us. Shout out to the ladies who became like sisters: Annie, Makayla, Yaretzi, and the rest of the ladies. I came to RFC through a friend’s recommendation, and I’m truly grateful that I did. After a detailed consultation with Dr. Lin, my husband and I decided to proceed with the IVF treatment. Dr. Lin is not only highly skilled but also extremely kind and caring. I've been a patient at RFC for many years and never left a Google review—mainly because everything always went so smoothly, I never felt the need to. But after a recent experience with my insurance approval, I felt compelled to share just how amazing the team is. Florrie has been my go-to for all insurance-related matters throughout my fertility journey. Her knowledge and experience in dealing with various insurance providers is unmatched. She truly understands the ins and outs of maximizing coverage for patients. Recently, although I had received prior approval for a cycle, my insurance suddenly reached out—just days before my treatment—threatening to withdraw coverage unless a condition was submitted the same day. Florrie and Erika jumped into action immediately, coordinated with all necessary parties, and helped me submit everything in just a few hours. Thanks to their prompt work and dedication, my approval was reinstated—saving me thousands of dollars. Florrie and Erika genuinely care about their patients. On the clinical side, Abby has been by my side since day one and is truly my favorite medical leader. This review is longgg overdue! We cannot thank RFC enough for helping us bring our precious miracle girl into our lives! She turns 9 months tomorrow and I cannot believe how fast time has flown by. I have PCOS and wouldn't ovulate on my own. I also had a partially blocked tube so we jumped straight into IVF rather than trying to see if IUI would work. We were pregnant on our 2nd transfer and over the moon. We appreciated being seen on time for our appointments and Dr Williams was our favorite to work with. He has great bedside manner and takes his time to explain things. We still have some embryos left and are looking forward to when we can transfer and hopefully grow our family.
