Sato Family Dental's Online Review Report Card

I was looking for a clinic that could do wire braces again since my teeth relapsed after previous orthodontic treatment. When I called to ask, I was told that they only provide orthodontic treatment for existing patients. So I asked if I could at least come in for cleanings and then also have orthodontics done there. But then they told me that they only do orthodontics for children and refer adult patients to other clinics. What they said kept changing, and if they only accept existing patients for orthodontics, that should have been clearly written on their website. I felt their response made no sense.

診察・治療・説明とも丁寧かつ技術レベルが高く(素人感想ですみません)、かつ費用プランもこちらの希望を十分考慮してくれて、大変助かりました。 当方麻酔が効きにくいタイプなのですが、初回からまったく痛みを感じず寝てしまいそうになりました。 日本で数えきれないほど、50年も歯医者に通いましたが、一番良い歯医者さんだと思います。

治療や定期検診で、2年間お世話になりました。今まで、なかなか満足のいく医院を見つける事が難しく、どこか諦めていたのですが、ここは素晴らしい医院です！ 毎回、先生は患者の話をよく聞いてくださり、その上で丁寧な説明があり、分からないことにもこちらの気持ちに寄り添って説明して下さいます。憂鬱な気持ちにならず、リラックスして治療を受けることができます。スタッフの方々もいつも良心的で、次回の治療に掛かる時間も予約時に教えて下さり予定が立てやすく、待ち時間もなく、いつもスムーズな対応をして下さいます。 他の州に引っ越すことになり、今後通えないのがとても残念です。いつもレビューは書かないのですが、本当に素晴らしい先生とスタッフの皆さんに出会えてよかったです。とても良い医院だと思います。

Dr. Sato is an excellent dentist, extremely professional, and has excellent bedside manner. I have been going to Dr. Sato for over 20 years now, and he has consistently provided high quality dental care. I continue to return to his practice even when I have lived out of state. He is very knowledgeable, has continued to update his tools and techniques, and takes the time to clearly explain what he is doing and follow up plans. His staff are all very professional, kind, and accommodating with scheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Sato Family Dental.

I came in with major breakage to my front two teeth and Dr. Sato was patient with me while I asked my lengthy list of questions and kept me included in what he was doing every step of the process. I definitely will be back and am glad I found a great dentist in the area!

BE CAREFUL. HE IS NOT A SAFE DENTIST. I have been wanting to leave this review for a long time but I haven’t. I came here with my kids and husband to see Dr. Sato a few years ago. He extracted teeth unnecessarily that he didn't have to and ruined my child's mouth!! He also did a procedure on my husband and it turned out badly some time later. We had to go to another dentist in Irvine to fix the problem. Dr. Sato also has bad attitude. I was not happy and I wish I had never gone to his dental office.

5年以上通っていますが、歯医者嫌いな私でも毎回安心して行ける歯医者さんです。 佐藤先生はとてもフレンドリーで、わからないことがあった時も質問しやすく、丁寧に分かりやすく説明して下さいます。治療中の痛みもないです！スタッフの方もとても親切に対応して下さり、院内とても清潔でお勧めです。

Dr. Sato has been my family's dentist over 15 yrs. Good dentist must have skillful hands, and Dr. Sato's dexterity is amazing. All of his staff are very courteous, and Naoko is super nice to explain your insurance questions, which we all know it gets complicated. The clinic is always clean and fresh with up-to-date equipments. All possible measures have been taken for Covid to protect both patients and the staff. I can send my entire family to Dr. Sato with confidence.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Sato for over 15 years. Even when we moved hours away or even to other states, we still come back to Dr. Sato for all our dental needs. He has been my favorite dentist and cares tremendously about patient care and the newest dental technology. He's accepted all insurance plans I've had throughout the years and is even open on Saturdays! My family members are healthcare professionals (dr and nurse) and they highly recommend dr. Sato. His staff is English speaking and Japanese speaking as well!
