Met the team during my complimentary consultation and was so impressed with the beautiful office space, professional and friendly staff, and the knowledgeable recommendations of the orthodontist. I also learned today my pediatric dentist referred his patients to Dr. Shung and spoke very highly of him. So glad they are close by in the neighborhood!

This office has the most attentive and helpful staff, incredibly gifted and smart doctors and an overall welcoming atmosphere. They support our community, are great with kids and adults alike and actually make orthodontic work not feel like a burden. I highly recommend Simply Orthodontics!

Price is comparable less expensive than other places. Staffs are very friendly and happy. Doctors are professional and hear my needs. Overall A+

Min Schmidt provided us with exceptional customer service. She was very good with my daughter, explaining everything clearly to her and genuinely wanting to hear from her. After our free initial consult, Min e-mailed us a copy of the x-rays so we could take them elsewhere if we wanted to. She followed up with us regularly without being pushy or trying to do a hard sell. She answered our follow-up questions very promptly and helpfully. Ultimately, we ended up going with a different provider due to a very strong personal recommendation from a close friend. But Simply Orthodontics was a very strong candidate for our business, and it was a difficult decision to go elsewhere.

I'm wrapping up my Invisalign journey and I cannot thank the staff enough for being so wonderful during the entire process. My appointment today was with Dr. Shung, and Madi took care of my scans. Madi was so so amazing! I loved talking to her about our lives and she was super personable, so I love that. It was honestly the most personable interaction I've had so I'm glad to see such a great personality at this office - just wish I met her sooner! Reflecting back on my visits to this office, I have nothing negative to say and would highly recommend coming here if you're looking to start Invisalign.

The office doesn't have dividers but it is quite spacious and they get the job done. I've had my aligner sets on changed once per week and I've seen improvement in my bite. They are very efficient and welcoming, I had Crystal help me in my change in aligner sets and was able to get my questions answered.
