I've never received better service from a doctor. I saw Dr. Lin at the Sand Canyon Urgent Care for a routine COVID test that I needed in order to travel to Massachusetts to drop my daughter off at college for the first time. The rapid test came back positive (I later learned that I'm prone to false positives on antigen-based rapid tests due to another health issue I have). At any other clinic it would have been "oh well, you tested positive--deal with the fallout on your own". Since I wasn't having symptoms Dr. Lin had different equipment driven over from another site and worked the system to get me expedited results for another, more accurate type of test that came back negative. My daughter and I were able to make our trip because Dr. Lin cared about our situation and went above and beyond the level of care I've seen from any other doctor.

I'm not good at English. But I want to let other people know about his great medical practice and great attitude for patients. He is the best excellent Dr. that I've met. So I am changing my insurance to have treatment from him. And all staff are very kind and take an effort to listen my symptom and concerns. He diagnosed my symptom accurately and listened to all my concerns carefully and he explained my symptom and made me believe better. I happened to have a smile after having treatment from Dr. Lin. Thank very very much Dr. Lin. This must be the best experience in USA.

Very good doctor, very calm, listens to you patiently. Very nice attitude. Our ObGyn was not available so had to go to urgent care and we found Dr. Lin was better and more knowledgeable. He actually helped us where our ObGyn failed us.
