Had an absolutely horrible experience with this agency, they claim to be a Christian agency so I expected more from them but instead got scammed! They set up our surrogate at a hospital for screening appointments (which is already more expensive than a regular clinic) and then never informed me that the hospital didn't have a standard cost sheet for procedures and tests. There were issues with the hospital billing for procedures that were not ordered by our doctor and the agency never informed me. After two failed transfers, I only learned about the issue when they withdrew payment from the escrow account for all of the hospital invoices. Upon reviewing the invoices I realized the same exact procedure had wildly different prices from month to month, and we were billed for so many tests that were never ordered. Amy admitted there had been issues from the beginning and that this invoice shouldn't have been paid, but her only solution was to try and work with the hospital for a refund, which did not work. It has now been a year and I have never heard from the agency again and never received any refund for the thousands of dollars that we were overcharged, or the huge agency fee we paid expecting that they would do their job, and our only option at this point is to pursue legal action. I am so disappointed because I specifically chose this agency thinking it was a Christian agency that would be great to work with, but instead it was a total disaster.

SBF was an incredible agency to work with. Amy and her team were there to help with the entire process. My family is still close with our IP’s. I highly recommend Surrogacy by Faith for your journey!

They are always there to answer any questions, and they always keep in touch to check on how you and your family are doing. I have been on two surrogacy journeys with surrogacy by faith and both times I felt like I was part of a special family and team of life giving, life supporting earth angels. Prior to finding Surrogacy by faith I tried working with two other agencies, but they just didn't match up with my values. Being a surrogate is such a special gift, not only for the families but for you as the surrogate. The first time you see that little heartbeat on the ultrasound is the best feeling in the world! I am so grateful that I have had the opportunity to give the gift of life, love, and joy to my surro-babies and IP's.

I decided that I wanted to be a surrogate shorty after giving birth to my son. My mother was a surrogate when I was a teenager and I heard all about the potential matches and the screening process she was going through. She, like myself, did not want to terminate any pregnancy for something like Down Syndrome, any minor birth defects or fetal reduction. It took her over a year with her agency to finally find a couple that had the same type of beliefs as she did. When I was looking for an agency to start my journey I spoke to several different ones and as soon as I said that I would not do fetal reduction or terminate for downs I was basically rejected and hung up on. One agency declined to work with me but directed me to Surrogacy by Faith. I reached out and spoke to Amy and was so pleased to find an agency that had the same beliefs regarding an innocent child and their life as I did. The intended parents that work with this agency have the same beliefs as well which made being matched so simple and quick!! (Less than four months from reaching out to Amy to being matched with a couple) The screening process and matching process was a breeze!! After completely the legal stuff I had a successful first transfer and was pregnant! Anytime I had any type of question I was able to reach out to Amy and get a response quickly. I did not feel alone in this process at all. I am excited to say that I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in December. The intended parents were extremely grateful for their family to being one step closer to being complete. I have never felt anything close to the feeling I had when the mom was able to finally hold her son that I had been feeling for months. My husband and I do plan on having another child of our own but I am planning on being a surrogate again afterwards. I could not imagine working with another agency, Amy has been there for me and still is even after giving birth. If anyone is looking to becoming a surrogate or looking for a surrogate there is no need to look anywhere else. Surrogacy by Faith has been blessing for myself and family and has helped us fulfill our dream of helping a family in need. I can't say enough good things about this agency! It is refreshing to know that there are still people out there that hold life in such a high regard and they do not have to compromise their religious beliefs.
