I am very pleased with my follow-up care at Dr. Simon’s clinic. The waiting time is minimal to little The doctor guides the patient through every step of the healing process, offering multiple solutions and providing excellent ongoing support. The entire staff at this clinic is exceptional— the receptionists , nurses, scribe and doctor. You are not a number dealt with just to cash from the insurance, you are a human taken care of.

Dr. Simon So is an exceptional care provider. He has been my GP for a few years now, and my experience with him and his office has been phenomenal. What really stands out is how welcoming the office environment is. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Dr. So is also genuinely invested in his patients’ well-being, which can be hard to find these days. He listens, takes the time to understand your concerns, and truly makes you feel cared for. Overall, Dr. So is an amazing doctor with an excellent office. Scheduling appointments is easy, and the whole team is always willing to help. I highly recommend him. 10/10

Great health care but make sure you show up to your appointment have a 24hr cancellation policy. I almost forgot my appointment but feel like they really care and will continue coming here , feel super well taken care of specially Dr. So himself he's a great human!m. See you guys next time. Great customer service and overall staff!

From the moment you call you feel welcomed. Everyone in the office is wonderful I barely get home and they already have referrals approved .I can't tell you enough how great this office is. Dr. So is calm and understanding. He is a true gem

Dr Simon So and his team are excellent ! Dr So is a very competent professional who keeps his patients best interests central in his treatment approach. The team comprising Ben, Lily, Christine and Justine are very prompt and responsive when it comes to matters such as scheduling appointments, responding to queries , paperwork. Alan, Xian, Yulissa are all good in the respective roles . We highly recommend Dr Simon So.
