Tiffany Wilson's Online Review Report Card

I like Dr Wilson, a vast improvement over my prior doctor through Blue Cross! its not perfect, I have to make some calls to check on the status of scans and things being sent through that require a discussion with my Primary, but Ive found that is the case with every doctor I've had for years. Office staff has been nice - a couple of them are lovely, one is merely efficient. No big deal, Ive encountered worse! I am a women in my late 50's, and wanted a female doctor who would understand my needs - Dr Wilson has fit the bill and I feel comfortable with her as my primary care doctor.

Tiffany is nice, but awkward. The staff are mehhh but my issue was that theyre literally unreachable. They didnt connect anything to myhealth or wtv so i had to tell them, i cant email or call her, just everything sucks. I Called bc i had to SELF DIAGNOSE MYSELF, and they wanted me to go in for a lab, no problem! BUT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY THE COPAY AND EVERYTHING STILL. Like bro....is my health important or making money?? Ok. So i had them send me to a diff lab, THEY TOLD ME NOTHING. No information, no guidance, just "go to this brand of lab, bye." The lab was so bad and unprofessional, but thats a different story. After all that, tiffany never sent me my results. Did i mention its impossible to reach her? Whats the point of having a doctor if she cant do anything ?? So i had to call and remind her after a week and FINALLY was her office like oh yea let me check on that. Anyways, i wholly do not recommend her or this practice at all. Never have i felt so helpless and unheard. They dont actually care about you or your health, and even if they did they would be unable to do anything to help u either. Unfortunately, i cant recommend a better doctor, but its just dissapointing bc when i chose her, her bio said she specialized in womens health etcetc stuff like that so i thought i would FINALLY be able to find someone for the girls!! Its hard enough just being a women trying to get help, but even worse when someone who says thats their career ???? Dissapoints you like how everyone else has done before. Pls do better

Dr. Wilson is a good listener and a caring, professional, who has been able to help myself and many others.

I am so grateful that I have such an amazing doctor, Dr. Tiffany Wilson she's helped me through all of my health issues. She's helped me with my cholesterol issues being supportive when I had to go through breast cancer treatments takes time and answers all my questions. She's kind, compassion, and above all she's extremely educated in her field I am forever grateful I would highly recommend her and I will be forever. Grateful of all the care that she's put into keeping me healthy. God bless you, Dr Wilson and your family. Dr. Wilson is amazing!!! I've been going to her as my primary care physician for over 20 years. She's extremely intelligent, knowledgeable and insightful. Very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Wilson is an excellent doctor; she is a highly knowledgeable and caring MD, she is never rushed, hurried, or too busy to spend time discussing your health matters with you, I've never waited more than 15 minutes to see her after making an appointment, and her office and staff well run and friendly. Highest marks!

Office not seeing anyone with an upper respiratory infection 2 years after covid! Was told by the rude office manager that this is now office policy to not allow any patients with respiratory infection in the office but I could do a phone appointment! How can she listen to my chest and know I'm okay with talking to me over the phone. I've been sick for 8 days and not getting better. I was already seen by urgent care and tested for covid and flu and it's negative. How convenient for the doctor to do appointments over the phone and bill the same yet not have to actually see her patients. I've been going here for years and every time I'm disappointed and want to change doctors. Sonia has always been rude on the phone. The back office girl has always been great and she is the only one. Always LATE and behind. Today they opened at 9 yet no answer until 925 was told they came in late. I sat in a room one time naked with a paper gown on waiting for a pap for over 30 minutes one time because I was the first appointment and they doctor came in 30 minutes late. If you don't mind being treated rude and no respect to your schedule this is your place.

Find someone else Absolutely horrible. Rushed appointment. Isn't interested in listening. No follow up phone calls. Gave her the benefit of doubt and visited a couple of times. Will not recommend.

Dr. Tiffany Wilson is a wonderful physician. I just started seeing her after I left UCI. She is very professional and knowledgeable! Her staff are helpful and personable! I had a great visit!
