Dr. Pilest and his team are a top notch machine. In this age of mediocrity, it is refreshing to walk into an office where you feel well taken care of professionally and as an individual. The office is immaculate, your treatment is explained to you, Dr. Pilest is gentle, and the team is knowledgeable and supportive. I was referred by a friend who researched a lot of offices before she made her choice. I am so happy she chose Dr. Pilest and introduced me to an outstanding office. Keep up the great work!

They were very kind people; however, the Aviclear treatment they recommended for me made my acne ten times worse than it ever was before. I would go as far to say it ruined my skin. About 3 years later, my skin still isn't back to how it was before.

Horrible results and experience at this doctor's office. Spent over $9K on laser treatments and his own line of products for acne which only made my face worse. I easily went to that office more than 20 times. I kept hanging on with the hope that things would get worse before getting better they NEVER GOT BETTER only worse! It got slightly better for a few weeks but would go back to horrible. He could have easily solved my problem with the right medication but instead kept pushing lasers which were $3K and nothing got solved. Even his own employees told me I should seek a different doctor because I was obviously not getting results. Not only that but once I got pregnant they kept me on medications that were clearly contraindicated luckily I knew better than to take them. They left me with no treatment until after my pregnancy ended to deal with my skin all on my own. It was in that condition that I put together my own treatment for myself. Would not recommend unless you want to keep wasting money with no results.

Dr. Pilest is a Skin Wizard! His office is immaculate, and his staff is wonderful! There is simply no one better than him when it comes to absolutely any issue with skin!

I do not understand any of these negative reviews? I’ve now visited Dr Pilest twice over the last few years and each time I have been more than satisfied with his expertise and the service of his office. I’ve had two medical procedures done on my face and Dr Pilest really knows what he is doing! I’ve also had injectables done. Dr Pilest is so kind, funny, and the office staff are always great. People in the reviews complaining about paying a 100$ appointment fee? Really? This office is not some hole in the wall in downtown LA. They are located in a beautiful area in Irvine. Their prices are very reasonable for what it’s worth. And I am forever thankful for the medical procedures done by Dr Pilest because I have had minimal to no scarring at all. Don’t listen to these negative reviews!

Great Doctor and staff! A friend goes here for her Botox. I went in for a fairly large cyst and they took care of me no problem! They can do it all!

Dr P is the best his field. He helps me stay looking youthful (not fake-plastic like) and my skin has never been happier thanks to monthly Diamond Glow treatments with the gorgeous Jessica! I trust Dr P and his staff so much so that my twin daughters have had laser hair removal and acne treatments and have all their skincare needs taken care of here, and they couldn’t be happier.
