I am so disappoint in TotalCare Irvine Call Center! I a new patient there. Before I go in to see the doctors & staffs at the clinic that I have schedule my appointment which I am so very disappointed, but I have ignore it. TotalCare has great doctors and staff there, but like Brownie Bits stated that "A nasty personality should not be the first thing a patient encounters when calling Total Care. Someone with emotional intelligence and a kind spirit would benefit this office much more than whatever that was." The person that take my call is very rude & so unprofessional that I cannot ignore it, but today I cannot ignore this RUDENESS, UNPROFEESIONALISM, UNFRIENDLINESS, & SO IMPATIENT toward me. The person that take my call today 08/12/25 at 11:23am - his name is Jake. He have spoken to me like I do not understand English. He have treat me like I a dumb person which I do not appreciate this. Not only he is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, but he has NO PATIENCE with a patient. Is this how Jake talk to a patient? Or just to me? When I ask to speak to someone else that Jake stated that there is NO one else to speak to. I am so very UNHAPPY with Jake's service. The reason I change doctor because of how the people at the Call Center talk. They think that they are from the Call Center that they can treat a patient or any patients like this. Is there any consequence of how the people at the Call Center treat a patient? If there is NO consequences, then I will change my doctor again because I cannot stay at a place that has NO kindness toward a patient. A VERY UNHAPPY PATIENT

My son went in to get his epipen prescription renewed. We did not have to wait long and he was seen immediately. Amy was professional and helpful. I would recommend her to others.
The clinic is so great and nice staff Taking care of me and calling for results Always ready to hear my problems and calling to check on me
Really great check in staff and great provider. They take the time to listen to you and you're not rushed. My experience has been positive as the staff takes care of all your issues allowing you to feel like part of your treatment plan.
