Phil, cooper, and Michael are very sweet and friendly! I felt comfortable and cared for during my visit and their care was amazing.

Fast service. Doctors are great and the nurses are fantastic. Never crowded. New facility and very clean.

Since this beautiful new clinic has opened, I have visited the urgent care a couple of times. In both cases, it was the best experience. I easily drove right in to the parking lot and parked in a covered parking spot. I walked a short distance to the clinic. Both times, it was not crowded, and I was seen within 10 minutes. At one visit, I saw an MD, another a PA. In both cases, it was a thorough exam and consult. I received my prescription at the local pharmacy within the hour. This is a modern, clean (including restrooms!) and beautiful space where you not only get excellent expertise and care, but also empathy and kindness. Love that UCI Health is in Irvine!

Never coming back to this urgent care. Our insurance said this is the closest urgent care to our home so we took our son there when he was sick, the visit went well. I broke my toe last week and we came in and the lady at the front said they don’t take our insurance, after I already told her we’ve been there with no issues. She told me to call my insurance (seems like that would be their job) after my wife told her we’ve been there she said ok and we can be seen…very odd. Anyways the back staff was decent but the front desk staff are very rude and unhelpful. They boot they put on my foot is way too small. I called after my visit to ask about changing medication and the lady was very unhelpful and hung up on me. Then they called me today and told me they were giving me a “warning” to not use profanity when I return. Was laughable because I never used any profanity whatsoever. The office manager woman was only calling to defend her staff instead of helping a patient and fix the issues they have.

BILLING dept is a joke! I would avoid this facility. I was over billed $350. On top of my co-pay, I was charged a $50 “facility fee” for each visit. Apparently this fee is for using UCI’s rooms. I was not informed of this fee up front by anyone. This is such a ridiculous thing. Where else would I see the doctor, if not in a UCI room? Why is this a separate charge? They also have a separate “doctor’s fee” which is billed by minutes. UCI said that this fee includes the actual appt time + how long the doc spent on decision making. The doc spent 10 mins in the room with me and I got billed for a 45mins visit. Not sure what level of critical decision making was used because I walked out with the doctor telling me to use a Neti pot and humidifier 😒 I’ve been treated at UCLA with the utmost level of care and no over billing. Only reason I chose to go here was the distance. Never returning to this facility again.

One of the best Orthopedic departments and knee Doctors we have seen in OC. We are grateful we found Dr. DiGiovanni and his Team here at UCI. He is patient and kind to my Mom and Aunt. They are both his patients. They are in good hands. We are so blessed to have such a new , clean hospital and good, friendly, helpful Doctors and staff to assist everytime we need care as well as lots of available parking spaces. Thank you! You are much appreciated! 😇🥰

I went in for a simple visit that took 30 minutes and they charged me $1600. They did not tell me how much it would cost before I was seen. Stay far away from this place.

Both the nurse and the doctor were comforting, honest and thorough. I didn't have much of wait time. They did my x-rays and even alleviated my pain with a strong anti-inflammatory. Doctor Nima was so great! He even already put in the transfer to the orthopedic surgeon. Every employee was very helpful and made my tough day much better. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who expects exemplary and competent care, with a good hand-off to a follow-up physician.

Fast, state of the art equipment, beautiful facility, and smart and personable staff

I went first thing in the am. Was in and out in less than an hour. Very nice staff.
