I cannot say enough good things about my experience today. I had to get a tooth extracted and I was extremely nervous and anxious going in. I was honestly expecting the worst. From the moment I sat down, I felt so taken care of. Dr. PARSANGI was calm, reassuring, and walked me through everything in a way that made me feel safe. The most shocking part? I didn't feel a single thing. I didn't feel the numbing shot, I didn't feel the tooth being pulled -- and it was over so fast I could barely believe it. Even afterwards, I had no pain. The entire experience was smooth, gentle, and stress-free. If you're someone who gets anxious about dental work like I do, this is absolutely the place to go. I'm so grateful and genuinely impressed. Thank you for turning something I was dreading into such a positive experience!

I’ve had a great experience with University Park Dental. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly focused on patient care. We’ve visited them more than half-dozen times for various dental health reasons, and the experience has consistently been positive each time. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain treatment options and work with me on my family’s dental needs in a thoughtful, personalized way. We’ve been very happy with the care we’ve received and plan to stay with them long-term. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team.

Have been to many Dentists over time and Doctor Parsangi and her staff are just the best. Very concerned with your comfort and care. Crowns, other dental procedures all perfect, no redo's. If you have an emergency they always fit you in somehow. Great Hygienist for cleanings. Highly recommend!

WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS DENTIST: This place was an absolute nightmare. They told me procedures weren't covered by my insurance when they actually were, and pushed me to open a Care Credit account to pay for unnecessary work. They even argued with me about whether I ever had a root canal--then my X-rays proved I did. Completely incompetent. It gets worse. They drilled massive holes between my front teeth, and the filling they put in fell out in less than 48 hours. Because of the damage they caused, I now have to get a veneer. Their work was careless, sloppy, and honestly reckless. If you value your teeth, your money, and your sanity, avoid this office at all costs.
