Wow! I'm so happy I finally have a good gynecologist. I've had such bad luck these past few years. Dr. Tanamai is so caring and so knowledgeable. She heard my concerns and answered all of the questions that I had. I hate when doctors try to rush you out the door and don't even look at you while you're trying to talk to them. Dr. Tanamai was the complete opposite of that. She made sure to make eye contact and really connect with me. I trust her 100%. Highly recommend this doctor!!

Dr Tanamai was amazing through my whole pregnancy! I always felt that she heard me and my concerns and would explain anything and everything to me. When I got results I had preeclampsia she scheduled an induction right away. My induction was less than ideal, but never at anytime did she pressure me into making a decision. Before I got pregnant my husband and I considered switching to Kaiser, but now because of Dr Tanamai I told him I wanted to stay with my current insurance just so I could continue to see Vaya! I recommend her to anyone who asks.

My first time to meet doctor Vaya was today , very comforting and informative, care person, kind and professional really an expert in her job and advices. I would recommend her to all of my friends she understands what she say and explain it very clearly to the Patient honestly Dr. Vaya the first OB which make everything easy

Dr. T has been great all throughout my pregnancy to delivery. I even almost named my daughter Vaya! I only make reviews for either very poor or great quality & Dr. T is great quality. She's attentive and always willing to make room for questions and concerns. There's not an uncaring bone in her body. She's very personable & easy to talk to. I'm sad that I won't get to see her until my PP appointment. I wish all great things for Dr. T as she definitely has a heart for her profession and is well deserving of great success. I definitely recommend her. MAs & nurses are also very caring and attentive.

Dr. Tanamai is a very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. Her office staffs are all friendly, caring, and kind as well. I would highly recommend her and her team. *** I copy LaTasha's review and that's only because I am 100% agree, I also added some descriptions of my own, and yes, they are all from my heart. Truly love her and her team !!!

When I had to find a new gynecologist because mine stopped taking my insurance I was so sad and SO sure I'd never find another one as kind and caring as she was. Well I was wrong. Dr. Tanamai took so much time with me on my first visit for a well woman check. She truly listened to my concerns and was so kind. I'm so glad to have found her. Her office staff are great too. I was a little late due to the extra Covid precautions at the hospital and they were very understanding. They're very nice on the phone too. I work front office at a doctor's office too, so that's very important to me. Overall a wonderful experience.

Honestly Dr. Tanamai is amazing! She has been my doctor since I found out I was pregnant and I'm so grateful and thankful for her! She always walks in with a smile to see her patients, and gives you time to ask her questions. She is responsive to any additional question you might have after your appointment. She is truly great! Also Martha is her assistant and she is great too! You are definitely in good hands!

I really don't understand how Dr. Tanamai could have any bad reviews. Dr. Vaya Tanamai goes above and beyond the call of duty as an ob/gyn. I had an urgent PPD situation on a Saturday night and she stayed with me on the phone for a significant amount of time and made sure I not only felt better, but that I understood my options and next steps. she also recommended that I see her that Monday morning to follow up. Originally my ob was Dr. Rachel Lopez (who is also amazing!) but because my son just didn't want to come out, I was told that Dr. Tanamai would be delivering my baby. At first I was disappointed because I had grown to respect Dr. Lopez so much but it turns out, I could't go wrong with either. My delivery definitely didn't go as planned but Dr. Tanamai explained every detail along the way and made sure i was comfortable with every unexpected turn. Ultimately she delivered a healthy baby and i will ALWAYS be grateful. Since then, I've had my share of post partum issues and Dr. Tanamai continues to show what a truly caring and skilled doctor she is. I am so blessed to call her my doctor- she considers both the physical and emotional well-being of her patients and that is rare! On another note, the staff at Saddleback Women's (ie. Megan, Edgar, Jordan) are all very professional and caring. Whenever i walk in (even with a mask!) they recognize me and remember to ask about my son =)
