She is very knowledgeable and personable. She is careful and thorough in her diagnosis and follows through with her patient's health to make sure the things she requested to have done are done. She also takes the time to explain what's going on, how it affects you and what she wants to do about it. She also lets you ask questions, doesn't make you feel silly for asking them and answers understandably - not in medicalese!
