I had the best experience with Doctor Chen. He has great bedside manners and is very honest and straightforward. The surgery was quick and the aftercare was minimal. I was shocked when he texted me the next day to check in. He is a great doctor and his staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I am so happy with dr. Chen’s work on my Asian blepharoplasty! This was my first surgery experience and I was very happy with how easy the process was. He is very experienced on this topic so I was very confident he would do a great job. I will try to post pics of my eyelids on Yelp :)

I'm so glad I went to dr. Chen for my Asian blepharoplasty. It was such an easy process to get ready for the surgery and I'm very happy with the results. Still a bit swollen as it's only been a week. But I'm too excited and can't wait to check back when the swelling is all gone :)

I had a consult with Dr. Chen recently. He is the real deal. He was able to answer all of my technical questions. I actually found out about him because of the research papers he wrote. I wish I did my eyelid surgery with him instead of another doctor!

He was rude and didnt care about the patient

Dr. Chen did an excellent job on my double eyelid surgery. He was very detail oriented and the results of the surgery were very clean (mind you, I am a dentist and have a very keen eye for detail). He was with me from the very beginning-from the consultation to the final result--constantly checking in on me and providing me updates with the eye exercises I needed to do. He answered all my questions and was patient with me throughout the entire process. He helped me identify what look would be best for my eyes. This surgery is one I've wanted for my entire life. I prayed daily for guidance to find the right surgeon. All my friends and family knew he would be the one for me. He doesn't try to overcharge like other surgeons out there--he is really fair. He wrote the book on the Asian double eyelid surgery for heavens sake! Additionally, Dr. Chen's chair-side manners are amazing--there is no doubt he genuinely cares about his patients. This doctor is not nice. He's really rude and boorish. He is too old to care. He was patronizing and really old way of treating women. He insulted me and laughed. I thought he was a jerk.

I had wonderful results with the double eyelid procedure that Dr. Chen performed for me. I saw my mother about a week and a half after the surgery, which I did not tell her about, and she could not figure out why I looked so good. After I told her, she examined my eyes closely, and was amazed at what a good job Dr Chen had done. I also appreciated that Dr. Chen took the time to answer all my questions before and after the surgery, and promptly responded to emails and texts. His staff was also terrific. It was a smooth and easy procedure with great results. Thank you, Dr. Chen.

My double eyelid surgery results are excellent. I knew he was the surgeon for me when I first met him because he answered all my questions with technical details. Also, this is his specialty and I liked that he did not do anything except work with the eyes. After my surgery, he was responsive to all my inquiries and worry. I've been very pleased with Dr. Chen from the first consult to the last follow-up appointment. My eyes look natural - the exact results I was looking for.
