Woodbridge Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

I recently went to Woodbridge Dentistry to have my implant post placed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The entire procedure was incredibly comfortable — I honestly didn’t even realize it was done until it was over! There was no pain, no stress, and the team made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. If you’re considering dental implants or any dental work, this is truly the best place to go. Highly recommend their professionalism, gentle care, and exceptional service!

Dr Nyguen was so rude and uncaring when I went to her office a few days ago for an evaluation of a root canal that was performed at her office a couple of years ago. I explained that I had been experiencing pain, sensitivity and inflammation at and around the site of the root canal. I also explained to her that I cannot chew on the left side of my mouth due to the pain and sensitivity. I was concerned about a possible infection as the pain and sensitivity was getting worse with each day. She was extremely dismissive, judgmental and out right rude. During the less than 1 minute exam of my tooth, she acknowledged the inflammation of the gum line around the root canal yet didn't seem to believe me when I expressed how painful it was when she was measuring the gum recession at the root canal location. She then suggested I come back for a deep cleaning which requires 2 appointments. I would have done that but what about this current situation with the inflammation sensitivity and pain? I thought perhaps an antibiotic may help to calm things down prior to a deep cleaning. She was so rude and unprofessional. I've never, ever experienced such unprofessional behavior from a dental or medical provider. It's no wonder that several of my acquaintances that also used to see her for their dental care, had discontinued seeing her due to the reasons mentioned above and also for dental care that they were not satisfied with. I have never made a yelp review post but strongly feel the need to do so now due to my terrible and disrespectful experience by her. Today, the pain and extreme sensitivity from the root canal has now moved up the left side of my face, my ear and around my left eye. Thankfully, I've been referred to a highly respected and professional Dentist who I've heard is kind and can adequately treat this situation.

From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Ann is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect of her work. The procedures were painless, and the results were outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Ann to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

I'm always glad to see Danielle, the receptionist, whose professionalism and grace are a balm in what used to be a stressful environment for me. She's prompt with scheduling communications and empathetic with payment procedures. In my experience, she and Dr. Nguyen have advocated for my health needs and been mindful of what's covered by insurance and what I actively need even if it isn't. I moved from Irvine, but I will not be changing my dentist - for good reason! My gums *without a doubt* feel better from years ago. I also want to give a shout-out to Carrie, who provided me a cleaning today. She was kind and exacting with her service, and I'm grateful!

Very professional and great dental services

I came in with my son for consultations with Dr. Ann. My son was told he had 8 cavities from the previous dentist, and Dr. Ann recommended to treat only 2 since the others were only decalcified. She meticulously pointed out things on the x-rays and reasons to why they should or should not be treated. She educated my son on how to take better care of his teeth so these won’t turn into cavities. I have been having sensitivity to my last molar, and my dentist insisted there was nothing wrong with that tooth. I had dark spots around my last molar where the previous doctor filled the tooth last year, but it was never sealed properly. Dr. Ann explained since the decay wrapped around the tooth, it was not possible to do a good filling that would seal, especially how close it was to the root surface. The X-rays also confirmed so. I since had this tooth cleaned out and the decay was deep. I’m thankful the pain is gone and I don’t need more costly treatments. Dr. Ann is very straightforward, objective and always explains the pros-and cons so I can make an informed decision. Staff members are also knowledgeable and very helpful.

I’ve been coming to Woodbridge Dentistry for the past few years to get the usual checkups and removed my wisdom teeth. All the personnel are very nice and have treated me very well.
