TL;DR Avoid this place at all costs.I came here with my wife who was suffering from a severe cough, to the point of throwing up, accompanied with fever and nausea. We only came here because it was the nearest urgent care and we were desperate. The administrative team was rude and condescending, not to an insane degree, but just enough to the point I could tell our mere presence bothered them. Should have been our first red flag but desperate times call for putting up with rude people sometimes.Thankfully the doctor was able to see us very quickly and deliver a reprieve from the disdainful receptionists. Uh oh it somehow got worse. We explained the symptoms to the doctor who very quickly dismissed it as the flu. After elaborating that I had similar symptoms just a week prior and was treated with antibiotics (not antivirals like the flu is treated with) the doctor still brushed our concerns aside and deemed my wife’s illness nothing but the flu. He prescribed a 5 day treatment and recommended we purchase an at home testing kit for the flu. He tried to end the examination but I was adamant about explaining more, however he quite literally walked out the door and disappeared. Okay doctor who vanished into the ether, you went to medical school for 4 years, not me, so I’ll trust your judgment. In hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have.After taking the first dose of prescribed medicine we bought the kit and performed an at home test, which came up…. Negative. So no flu, however we decided to consult with the urgent care and see what they recommended. The next morning we called and they explained that she could stop the treatment as the medication only worked on the flu. However, they called us back and after playing phone tag with them for hours on end, and being told they were “too busy” and to call back later, we eventually received a drastically different response. “The test could have been inaccurate, so continue taking the flu medicine”. Well I guess either Ralphs is selling a faulty product or we did the test wrong; we shall trust your judgment wise and noble urgent care clinic and continue the prescription.Five days pass and the course of anti-flu medication is completed and my wife experiences zero improvements to her symptoms. Clearly it wasn’t the flu or maybe the prescription is inaccurate and targeted the wrong illness, who knows? They call us that day to ask how the treatment has gone, and to sum it up: poorly. We described my wife’s worsening symptoms and received “Okay, you can come back in but I don’t really know what we can do about that”... Lady you called us! I assumed you had a plan in case we said the treatment failed, were you just praying we said yes it worked and moved on your merry way?At this point we went to a different urgent care, Clineva, and after listening to the symptoms and running an x-ray they came to a drastically different diagnosis: pneumonia. They prescribed antibiotics and within days my wife was feeling miles better. She still has ways to go due to the incompetence of Irvine Woodbridge Urgent Care which delayed and worsened her condition but thankfully Clineva was able to provide proper treatment.All in all, a complete failure of clinical medicine, from a doctor who doesn’t listen to his patients and seemed to have precognition and diagnose people before he entered the examination room, to an an unprofessional staff that looked down on the people that entered their sacred reception area, to the highway robbery prices. Paid over $100 for maybe 4 minutes of care from the doctor. If you come here with the flu you’re in luck because they will treat you perfectly.There was no wait time which was nice though.

I went in one afternoon and ended up waiting over two hours to be seen. During that time, a little girl came in with what looked like either a sprain or a full break. The front desk clerk never said a word to help -- other people in the waiting room had to step in and suggest the mom take her to the ER. Someone else had to get pushy just to get the girl an ice pack. Pretty shameful behavior.When I finally told the front desk clerk to take me off the list because I was going home, she didn't even make eye contact. Super weird and off-putting.In the time I spent waiting, I downloaded and completed the entire onboarding process for Amazon's One Medical telehealth app -- $99 a year for unlimited visits or $29 for a one-off. By the time I got home, I was already on a video chat with a doctor and getting the prescription delivered from Walgreens.If your condition is truly serious, like that little girl's, just go to the ER at Hoag on Sand Canyon. If it's not, save yourself the frustration and try a telehealth visit instead so you don't have to deal with bad attitudes or sitting in a waiting room full of coughing people.

The staff was super nice, fast, and efficient!

I've been to this Urgent Care in person twice before. Every time I was treated with care and respect by very pleasant doctors and staff. My last visit was a virtual visit and that went well too. I am overall very happy with the services and help given.

Been living in the area for a while and I have been to this place a few times.. very clean staff are polite and nice and doctors are friendly.. I don't know if there's anything else to expect from a friendly neighborhood clinic

If I could, I would give them OZero stars!Very unprofessional staff and rude.No patients in the rooms, all the staff is gone, phone ringing off the hook!
