Extremely bad service and inefficient and ineffective. They can not even do simple lab tests or order them. The whole system is dysfunctional.
Worst urgent care ever. My family doctor is in this hospital so I thought urgent care is good too. However the doctor (Ario Angha) has nothing to offer me. He did ECG test on me and says I have shutters in my heart so I need to go to emergency room. He scared me a lot, so I went to the emergency room right away. Once I arrive the emergency room, the doctor there says my heart is all right, the urgent care doctor doesn’t know how to read ECG. How come this kind of doctor is still working!!!
She was courteous, professional and made the patient feel comfortable while doing her work efficiently. We appreciate her kindness.
Always an easy experience, Dr. Paskil, Conrad and Chia are awesome. They care and you feel that when your there.
Doctors and nurses are all friendly and knowledgeable. They are always trying their best to keep you in good, healthy shape.
Dr. Chang was efficient, thorough, answered my questions and explained rationales. And she did a full physical exam. Not many Drs are doing that nowadays.
If I could rate this as a zero I would have done it !!!! Please if you will see Dr Hadian Jazi in memorial urgent care run for your life literally She is an unknowledgeable doctor that doesn’t take the time to listen to the patients, she doesn’t read intake or notes on the charts prior to seeing the patient or during the visit ,she spend less than a minute in the room with the patient ( this is our second encounter with her ) she doesn’t follow up with results ( we are still waiting to hear back from her 3 days later ) . after visiting urgent care and seeing dr Hadian Jazi my daughter ended up the following day in the ER with life threatening infection that could have shut down her organs 🤬🤬🤬!!!!! The doctor in the ER couldn’t understand how a doctor in an urgent care didn’t know how to connect the dots to understand that something is serious happening here and send her asap to the ER . on a side note the front desk staff and nurses are friendly ,
Urgent Care that is actually urgent care and not a sit and wait. This place really does take care of your needs in an extremely timely manner.
I really had a positive visit/experience with everything- from reception to the actual visit! Everyone was very helpful and kind. I had to go to Urgent Care in Irvine, and Dr. Ario was great- he really listened and gave helpful insight, making sure I understood and got what I needed. I felt heard, and more importantly, comfortable! I don’t always leave reviews, but this deserves one, not only because it was that great, but also because I know how nerve wracking, disappointing, or frustrating it can be to feel like a provider or place doesn’t care about your well-being. It was my first time with Memorial Care as a new patient, and it most definitely will not be my last :)
