If I could rate this as a zero I would have done it !!!!Please if you will see Dr Hadian Jazi in memorial urgent care run for your life literallyShe is an unknowledgeabledoctor that doesn’t take the time to listen to the patients, she doesn’t read intake or notes on the charts prior to seeing the patient or during the visit ,she spend less than a minute in the room with the patient ( this is our second encounter with her ) she doesn’t follow up with results ( we are still waiting to hear back from her 3 days later ) .after visiting urgent care and seeing dr Hadian Jazi my daughter ended up the following day in the ER with life threatening infection that could have shut down her organs 🤬🤬🤬!!!!!The doctor in the ER couldn’t understand how a doctor in an urgent care didn’t know how to connect the dots to understand that something is serious happening here and send her asap to the ER .on a side note the front desk staff and nurses are friendly ,

Nice people but honestly not the best place to go

I would not recommend this place although the service was fast and good. They did not send me the right information to UCI and I was in shock. The prescription was hacked and i saw that it was not handled professionally.

My regular urgent care was closed so I had to come to this location. Bedside manner was absolutely horrible. Follow up by the doctor was reduced to an employee at the location responding then calling me to let me know that my doctor "sent the rx". Sure, it might cover your very basic minimum standard of care but compared to other providers who show human empathy and care for their patients it is abysmal, to say the least. I have gone to this urgent care twice this year - once for a broken wrist (which they told me wasn't broken, when in fact, it was) and again for Covid testing (which they didn't want to do). They dismissed my concerns, seemed irritated that I wasn't feeling well, were not kind or empathetic AT ALL and the doctor hardly paid any attention to me. She had absolutely no care or concern in her approach and scoffed at me when I asked for flu and covid testing. I work in healthcare, if I treated my patients the way I was treated here, I would no longer have a job.

Difference of opinion because of different treatment plans and education paths I.e. regular medical doctors aren’t taught as are chiropractors about the interaction of the skeleton and how it influences inflammation and pain in the body This is too bad because moving MRIs and nerve imaging are important guides The body looks different under the force of gravity
