Dr. Suzuki is the worst doctor I have ever met. She only cares about money and never cares about you. So disappointed and won't never come back!

I have been coming here for the past two years. She is not embarrassed by weird or private questions about your health, is knowledgeable and I have no anxiety about coming here. Easy to make an appointment and there's always parking. Dr. Suzuki personally drove back from a lunch meeting in Temecula to come back before 5pm, after my insurance had approved a procedure. On a Friday when she could have started her weekend early! Highly recommend.

So this is what will happen to you if you want to give it a try and visit this clinic. And...if you are not happy with this clinic and decided to leave a review after being mistreated. This doctor will have some one sent you a message and call you a "MORRON." He said he from MASS, that yelp just looks like it was newly created. Anyway, i said what I experienced as a patient. If she has nothing to hide she would removed my review and remove those pictures if she were so proud about it. I have been to OB/GYN for checkups, no places treated you poorly like this clinic, the doctor looked like she got beaten up from partying too much from the other night and not to mention she smells so much alcohol when she spoke. Because yelp people decided to protect a bad doctor and dont let my post pop up. But here was old post and is my new updated post.

Recently went for a visit and I had no complaints. I am always treated well by the staff and by the doctor when I come to see her. I would recommend to all!

Wow, just wow! I have never experienced such an unprofessional work environment, especially within a doctors office. The staff appears very young and have a complete lack of regard for customer service. I have ALWAYS had to wait at least 30 minutes before even being called back for a scheduled appt. Their waiting room is also always PACKED and the staff discusses the reason for a Pts visit in front of the entire waiting room. For example, I don't need to know that this woman is coming in for laser hair removal and I'm sure she didn't necessarily want that announced. This last visit was supposed to be a medication follow-up appt due to a recent med change. When I got to the appt I had to wait 45 minutes before I was even called back to an exam room. The nurse and the doctor appeared to have no clue why I was there and then the doctor advised me that I was due for a pap which seemed odd as I just had my annual appt with her 4 months ago. Why wasn't the pap performed at the same time as my testing?? In addition, I was sent to the lab for blood work and rather than send me a bill, the remaining balance for the lab work was sent straight to collections. Why?? I've paid every bill they have ever sent me, what changed this time around??? I will no longer be coming here for care/treatment. Customer service MUST improve if you truly care about your Pts and want to maintain them long term. Ugh

I had an appointment as a new patient and this was my first visit to an OBGYN. When I first made the appointment the staff seemed competent and friendly, I took this as a good sign. I had all my forms filled out and arrived approximately 10 minutes before my appointment and I still had to wait about 45 minutes before even being placed in a room. They finally said they were running behind after I was placed in a room, it would have been nice if that was communicated prior to me arriving to my appointment especially after I had to wait another 10-15 mins in the room. Dr. Suzuki seemed nice but very rushed for the amount of time I had to wait to be seen. The real issues started when I wanted to have the Nexplanon Implant placed to help with some issues. I made a follow up appointment as they suggested to go over birth control options. I made that appointment but then called back a few days later saying I wanted to go ahead with the Nexplanon at my follow up appointment as the nurse who checked me out of my appointment had given me a brochure. The front office said ok and that my appointment was changed. It was not. One day prior to my appointment they called to confirm I was coming for the follow up, I asked about them placing the implant and they said they didn't have me scheduled for the procedure only to discuss options. I explained that I had called to change the appointment and they apologized for the inconvenience. They had not put in the authorization yet.After my call they did a pre-authorization which was approved by my insurance but the office had to order the actual birth control from a pharmacy as they for some strange reason didn't have it in the office. They had me go through Acredo pharmacy to have my insurance verified and implant ordered and that's when it hit the fan. I don't know why they do business with them as the pharmacy stated I didn't have coverage for Nexplanon or birth control which was an utter lie as the office received a pre-auth from my insurance and I had called my insurance multiple times myself to verify I had the proper coverage. One of the front office girls said she didn't know why the pharmacy was denying the coverage as she herself had the proof of coverage.I spoke with the pharmacy and office multiple times to no avail. It took about 2 months of hassle as I had to wait to hear back from the pharmacy and office.In the end I wound up calling Planned Parenthood and got an appointment within 2 days and had the implant placed the same day. And my insurance paid for it as I knew they would. I should have gone through them and saved all the time and hassle I went through at Dr. Suzuki's office.

I originally came to see Dr. Suzuki for a sensitive matter I obviously can't disclose on a public review. I was able to get an appointment very close to the day I called, so I didn't have to wait long to go in. The entire office staff is friendly and welcoming. I've been in three times and haven't had to wait longer than 15 minutes each time to be shown to an exam room. Dr Suzuki herself is also very friendly and listened closely to my symptoms before suggesting ideas. The first day I went, the exam was very gentle and careful. She and the assisting nurse obviously knew what they were doing. And she correctly diagnosed my problem on that first visit. I also went back for my well woman annual exam. Once again, the doctor was very professional, very gentle, and through. Anyone with female parts knows the horror of the speculum, but she made sure to chose one that was the right size for me and didn't make any horrifying noises. It was honestly the most comfortable I've been getting that type of exam. After each visit, the office staff goes over the whole process and the doctor's remarks with you before you leave the office. When I've needed prescriptions they've sent them quickly and electronically. When I've had tests done they've contacted me within a business week to let me know the results and if I needed to do anything about them. It is overall a great office, very organized, very professional, and very accessible. I highly recommend seeing Dr Suzuki if you're looking for a good knowledgeable obgyn.

I would like to warn people that this clinic is the worst one I've ever visited. Suzuki is rude, nonprofessional, and unhelpful!!! She does not care about patients at all. She is just trying to get money from us!DO NOT GO THERE for your sake!! otherwise you will waste your money and time!!!!I wish I didn't go there... no point of seeing this doctor...
