Was waiting on hold for 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. I guess since it was close to closing time the lady had me wait and not schedule me since she probably wanted to leave. I hung up out after frustration and called back, but of course "The office is now closed."

The people who work in that place are inept. 1 hour to get the vaccine. The truth is, I would have to put more stress on these people who are paid by the city with my taxes
