Stefan Lowenstein's Online Review Report Card

I had such a wonderful experience at Dr Lowenstein's office, and highly recommend his office for any and all dermatologist needs! This was my first experience with Botox and filler to help with my lines. I told Dr. Stefan Lowenstein that I wanted to look refreshed, so a subtle update was the goal. I'm happy to say that is exactly what I got!! Because it was my first time, and with my brother's wedding coming up, Dr. Stefan Lowenstein ensured to take a conservative approach, and made sure there was enough time before the wedding (which is in May). We also discussed more preventative measures, and got me back on a retinoid, with a lower percentage to create less irritation. The staff at the office was also just so lovely!! They explained all the steps and ensured I was comfortable as well. They gave me information and pointers on how to prevent any sort of bruising (which I got none!!!) And let me know that if I did get some bruising, that they have a machine that can help with it. I give the highest recommendation possible for people who are new to this procedures, and people who have had it many times before. The photo with the thin longer hoops is my before photo. And the photo with the pink is my after (a week or so). Both have no make up!!! I'm thrilled with the look!

I had my appointment with Dr. Lowenstein for Deep Fx CO2 laser treatment of acne scarring. From the moment I arrived at the office, I was met with professionalism and hospitality. Throughout my visit, Dr. Lowenstein was extremely kind, gracious with his time in answering my questions, and able to explain my treatment options very clearly so that I could make the best decision for me. He also performed excellent work on my areas of scarring (largely bilateral cheeks) which resulted in a favorable aesthetic outcome. The depth/degree of scarring is noticeably diminished. What particularly stood out to me was the diligence and caring of Dr. Lowenstein in following up with me to track my progress. He checked in on me multiple times to discuss my progress and answer any questions or concerns I had. Furthermore, Dr. Lowenstein's staff was always friendly, helpful, and willing to provide answers to any of my questions. Based off my positive experiences at my first visit, I will be returning to Dr. Lowenstein in the future for another laser treatment, and would highly recommend him to others. Dr. Lowenstein and his team have provided me with excellent care, and I am very pleased with the results of my treatment thus far. I would recommend Dr. Lowenstein to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist who is patient centered and an effective clinician.
