Kerman Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I literally never leave reviews but I need to give everyone a heads up about this awful experience I had. The staff and medical assistants were actually very kind. The wait was a bit long but that doesn’t bother me. The facility was huge and clean. I was actually excited to have found such a nice doctors office in Kerman. But that didn’t last long.Firstly, they had in the records I was there for a completely different reason and I had to correct them. I didn’t even care, as I’m pretty easy going. However, the doctor I saw WAS TERRIBLE! The worst doctor I have ever seen for myself or somebody else. She saw me for a total of 1 minute. Never examined me but just looked at me and said “….yeah….it’s so and so” and said she’s get me a referral. And told me what symptoms I had to watch for in case I had to go to the ER for it. No I’m not kidding. She also did not ask for my history form and left it on the counter for any other patient to find and see (can we say HIPPA VIOLATION) at this point I knew I’d never come back as my fifty dollar copay is not worth a doctor that literally doesn’t care. But now I have been waiting for A SURGERY REFFERAL for almost FIVE MONTHS! I ended up going to a completely different establishment and new doctor and got my referral in less then a month. Now I’m hoping I make it that far as my situation is at an emergency status according to the new establishment. I have tried calling them and no answer. I’m blocked from messaging in the patient portal, despite only asking one time about the status of my referral. The negligence of this young doctor could kill someone one day! I’m not going to say her name as I will be contacting a patient advocate once my surgery is done. Like I said I’m someone who is really easy going, But I cannot say enough—- stay far far away!

Always a pleasant experience. The wait is a little long, but worth it.

I asked for a referral and it’s been weeks with no call back I even followed up myself only to be told someone would give me a call back and it’s been 2 days and now I’ve spent all day just simply try to get through the phone to a human.

Es exagerado el tiempo de espera

This clinic is way better then the one in Mendota the one in Mendota your there all day waiting to be seen this one in Kerman is better to me. Sometimes you wait a long time & sometimes you in & out fast. On the days the babies get there shots they take forever. But other than that I rather go here. My doctor is good not like the ones in Mendota

My kids appointments were at 2:45 pm and 3:15 pm... it is 3:31 and We are still waiting. This is not how appointments work, if you give someone a time and they arrive even before their appointments they should at least he seen as accordingly.

Staff is ok and waiting time is the worse. Our time is also important as the doctors. We patients are late for the appointment they would want us to reschedule it and they can make us wait for 2 hours or more. I keep going back here because of the doctor. Dr. Grasser is the best doctor!
