He is a great doctor, always listens and always supportive.

I’m pretty sure he was over per scribing my family OxyContin. Caused an addiction and death!!!

I've had to see him a few times when my regular Dr. Was not available. I feel that he is dismissive and comes off very arrogant. Several years ago I saw him 3 times in 2 months for various problems and he never remembered having previously met me as he reintroduced himself every time and then continued to shrug off my symptoms as a virus and telling me to lose 20 lbs and I'll feel better. It took a new Dr. 5 minutes in the first visit to suspect an autoimmune disorder (she was right) and order labs. Meanwhile he hardly listened to what I was telling him and just kept asking about my weight. He was horrible about concerns with my grandfather as well and shrugged off any issues he was having with medications as just another symptom of Parkinson's.

My 71yr. Old mother in we, thought excellant health had her annual physical this year. Dr. Trevino has been her dr.the last 25+ years and she absolutely loves this man. Dr. Trevino had his physicians assistant "Kevin" , I believe , do my mothers physical and being the thourogh assistant he is he noticed my mother hadnt been sick therefor hadnt had a chest x-ray for several years. He felt it was a good idea to go ahead and have a routine x-ray done for her physical. That x-ray has changed our families lives FOREVER. Turns out she had some spots 2to be exact one in one lubg and one in the middle of her lungs. So he, for obvious reasons scheduled her a ct. Scan. Our worst fears came a reality ,my mother had lung cancer. Long story short by the time she had her physical to her ct scan anotother spot now formed in her other lung. Both turned out to be 2 seperate forms of lung cancer and were fast growing!! I truely believe had "kevin" not felt the need for a routine x-ray my mother would be in her last days considering the rate at which her cancer was growing. Kevin and Dr. Trevino saved my mothers life along with her surgeon Dr.Lin.Because of such highly skilled staff at tri county we will have our mother for many x-mas's to come.Good news after 2 lobectomies a momth apart and her faith in her medical Dr.s she is ,and this is amazing CANCER FREE!!THANK YOU TRI COUNTY WITH A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO KEVIN FOR YOUR GIVING MY MOTHER A CHANCE TO LiVE.Randi JohnstonDiane B's daughter6

If you are elderly he is the Dr of Doom, reminding patients they are old and are lucky to be alive. He does not listen to patients, he is condescending and arrogant. He says he's faith based but is not he is very egotistical and believes he should be your "Only" Doctor even though he is just a General practitioners and no specialities in any specifics. If you are young you will probably be fine but don't grow old with him he would rather you look to death than to life. Shame on you Dr Trevino.

The staff is very unprofessional. The billing is so confusing and their follow up has a lot to be desired.

A very personable doctor which is sometimes so hard to find because some only focus on the money they make.Dr Trevino cares for his patients.I love the way he explains things without causing confusion because of medical terms. Will recommend him to anybody.

Very helpful doctor. Sets appointments quickly and is willing to make referrals as needed.

All of the times I've seen the doctor he has been on time, and by the same token I don't feeled rushed. He always listens and answers questions until I have no more. His staff is also helpful, courteous and responsive. Whether you need to get a message to the doctor or just get a prescription refilled.
