Horrible service. They dont care even if your child has an urgent matter and they have pre existing conditions.
My girls have been coming to this office since they were newborns and weve seen several doctors over the years. All have been good and their new location is much nicer. The front staff have always been nice and courteous as well as the nurses. My beef is not with them. Although it may seem so for Dr. Park I am not an antiVaxxer. My girls have gotten the vaccines needed for school but man does Dr. Park push more and more vaccines on them. My girls dad would take them to the doctors appts and she would tell him to get our girls Gardasil. Hed tell her per the Mom me she does not want them getting it so it was a no. Multiple visits and shed keep bringing it up. I finally went in with my girls between 11 and 16 at the time since they kept telling me if they didnt get this vaccine they were going to die of cervical cancer. Really? Imagine your 11 year old saying repeatedly they going to get cancer and die? What the fck is this lady telling them? So I make an appt and sat in the office listening to her tell my girls about HPV and cervical cancer and women dying. Really? Approximately 169000000+ women in the US and about 4200 will die of cervical cancer. Not everything requires a shot and a large majority of women with HPV dont get cervical cancer and for many women the body rids HPV naturally. I told her no and I didnt want it being brought up again....Fast forward to today while I had lunch with my soon to be 18 year old who just had an appt with Dr. Park and once again she is pushing Gardasil. My daughter told her No that her Mom didnt want her getting it. What does Dr. Park tell her? Shell call and talk to the Dad about it. I get Dr. Park andor her office get bonuses for pushing certain vaccines and meds but leave my girls out of your bonus checks from the insurance and pharmaceutical companies please. If you are going to this office as part of your insurance plan and want a doctor that respects and honors your wishes as a parent then dont go to Dr. Park. Shell go behind your back and try and convince the other parent she feels she has more pull with. Whenever I make appts here I get Dr. Tu and I find her much more respectful of parents choicesdecisions. She brought it up to me once I told her I did my research and Ive chosen not to get it this is for other vaccines as well and she completely respects the decision and has never mentioned it again....and she definitely doesnt play games by trying to get one parent to go against another parent BS. Of all the doctors my girls have had over the years here Park is the absolute the worse by far
Came because I fell and had really bad toe pain In and out within 40 mins Dr. Chang and the nurse lupe were great super nice and made sure I was ok great service
I arrived 10 minutes early to our morning appointment. When the time of the appointment rolled around I asked the front desk if the doctor was running late and was told I was next. I was then told I was next for a solid hour. Meanwhile my baby is crying and hungry and at an hour and ten minutes I decided to leave. So many urgent care patients in the waiting room coughing without masks on waiting in the pediatrics section. This place is a very irresponsible and sad excuse for a doctors office for children.
We have been with this practice for 4 years since the birth of my youngest and no matter who weve seen we are treated kindly and promptly. Our primary is Dr. TU but weve seen some of the others as well and they are all so caring and do what they can to really get to know their patients. Things they discussed a year ago the doctors remember making my children feel heard. Ive witnessed these doctors go above and beyond for other patients. I have never had to wait more than 15 to 20 min for them to be seen. The waiting room really isnt that much of a problem the setup works. My children have never fallen ill after a visit here while having an appointment during busy urgent care hours.
The manager at this place she has a DISGUSTING personality very rude.Shes treats her workers like shit. She treats the patients like shit. I will definitely not be coming again.
I have to give 5star to Dr. Green shes an amazing doctor. The 1star rating goes to the office space location and staff. The office is shared with the Adventist URGENT CARE basically the Pediatrics use part of the urgent care 85. I took my newborn for the first time not knowing the office is shared. All the patients Newborn infants and adult sick patients sit in the same waiting room area to be called. I had to stepout to wait in the car to avoid germs spread in the waiting room by the sick urgent care patients. We had to wait an hour even though we had an appointment. We continued taking my baby for a couple of visits and still had to wait an hour to be called inside. After taking my baby for a couple of times Im changing her pediatrician because its really not worth the risk. We take our babies to docs not to get them sick but make them feel better.
I love this office. My daughter sees DR Travelli He is an awesome doctor They also have the oncall system which is awesome. If something concerns me over the weekend or after hours I call and they rerun my call. The staff is nice.I will definitely recommend this office.
Our first time to the office the staff was kind enough to help me schedule 6 months of appointments for my newborn. The office staff since has changed drastically. It is impossible to get an appointment over the phone no one will call you back no matter the urgency. I am very disappointed as last time my daughter was seen I tried to schedule her follow ups and the front desk staff said they were too busy to help me that I would need to call later and figure it out. My daughter has not been able to get an appointment since. I am always put on hold for 15+ minutes my VMs are never returned from their after hours line and there is no sense of urgency to help when I explain my daughters medical needs. I am very dissatisfied in their office staff and manager and will be changing Drs because of this. Recently my 1 year old was taken to the ER in an ambulance and this type of poor office staff really impedes on her medical needs when she is unable to speak to or see a Dr. I highly advise going elsewhere where your child can be accommodate and your childs care will be taken seriously.
I have been taking my kids there for over 2.5 years now. My primary doctor is Dr. Park but I had seen other doctors too. They are all great doctors and nice people When needed they see my kids last minute on the same day. Also the are doctors on call during nights. Once my son got a fever and I called the main line after midnight. Dr. Travelling called me back within minutes.Im very happy with this office. I Highly recommend it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
