This is the second time I’ve been to this urgent care and they are fantastic My son was running and fell and split his eyebrow open a bit. I took him in and it ended up that he needed three stitches. Dr. Victor was amazing. He dripped the numbing medication into the wound and then gave the numbing shots which are painful. My son never felt a thing. Triple kudos to Dr. Viktor

This was one of the worst urgent care experiences I’ve had. Tldr The doctor’s misdiagnosis and dismissal of my concerns caused me an extra five days of pain and allowed my condition to worsen to nearemergency levels.I felt that the doctor who saw me did not take me seriously and dismissed my concerns my pain and my questions. He initially gave one diagnosis and seemed to think this was the end of things then changed it when I brought up another symptom. When I asked why he thought it was viral and not bacterial he gave an answer without doing a very standard rapid test. When I asked under what circumstances I should return to urgent care he responded when I said I already met some of those conditions he said it wasn’t severe enough. Well four days of worsening symptoms later I went to another urgent care which actually took me seriously ran tests etc and found that I had been correct I did have the more serious condition that this doctor had dismissed. I went through 5 unnecessary days of decently severe pain and missed multiple days of work for something that could have been identified at this appointment the symptoms of which I asked questions about and drew attention to. I am not going back to this location. I would strongly not recommend it to anyone.

I got seen right away as a walkin during their normal hours they’re only urgent care on weekends. The staff was great and the doctor I saw was smart and professional with great bedside manner. If you need to be seen on short notice I’d recommend this place any time.

One of the worst urgent care and health place for your child. The team of doctors are good but the staff and office manager is night mare the worst unprofessional rude and careless staff you can ask for always sad and notsmiling staff behind if desk. I’m saying bad experienceWas there few times and always they had an issue with other patient and manager interrupting others while they are talking.Never walking there anymore specially for young child they don’t have appointment at all.Save time and go to other places

Never a wait here the doctors are so kind and helpful. Front desk is also kind and helpful.

First time coming here I picked it based on the reviews and the location. Well when I arrived I discovered I was having issues with my insurance and I didn’t have the ability to deal with the insurance company. One great employee helped straighten out everything on my behalf and took time out of her day to help me out. Saved me from a huge headache. Great service here I really lucked out with my choice. Was treated promptly. Every other employee I dealt with was very helpful and professional as well.

After arriving for my appointment and completing a form for the record I was taken into the room. The nurse and physicians assistant were prompt courteous helpful and provided me with a prescription for my eye irritation.

This is a great center staff is friendly knowledgeable and efficient and service is as fast as it can be considering the cursed plague

This place was a great experience. It was so clean and efficient. I went at lunch when I had a sinus infection. The checkin process was all electronic and as soon as I was finished entering my info they called my name and I went in and saw the staff and the doctor. Very pleasant exam and discussion. Then they transmitted my prescription to the pharmacy and before I even had my coat on The pharmacy texted me that my medicine was ready for pickup. So much easier than trying to go see my regular doctor.
