I found the phone is not answered. To get lab test results I had to drive there personally and walk into the clinic. The lab tests were positive. Had I not gone there personally I would not know to seek further treatment. After being on hold for 15 minutes, the automated system ends your call with a message stating they are too busy to take calls.

Tiarra was extremely rude and after 3 hours of waiting we had to leave. While asking for an update, in front of a patient, Tiarra and another nurse were talking about how miserable it was at this location and how they were going to have to sue for the stress they experience. Likely just venting and joking, however, this is shockingly unprofessional and a testimony as to how this operation is ran. Definitely seemed like they were allowing certain people to go ahead of us. I had asked several times how many people were ahead of us. Her response always being the same, just 1-2 people ahead of you as I watched 7 others go before me. When we asked how it could be possible that there are still just 1-2 people ahead of us, we were greeted with more rude attitude and at that time we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I wish I would have read the other reviews first. Do not go to this urgent care.

Exer Urgent Care is excellent! We have been there for several visits with our son and have never been disappointed with his care. This was my first visit for myself and the service was excellent! Dr. Mikhail is caring and knowledgeable. She had seen my son at a previous visit so I was pleased she was staffing the center today. I was sent promptly and received excellent care. Highly recommend!

I came in on a Sunday night after having clashed heads with someone during soccer. Dr. Brittany Grzybowski was amazing. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was honest, comforting & did an amazing job stitching me up. I was also attended sooo quickly. She let me know that she can stitch me and she would do a great job or I can go to a plastics surgeon to be stitched. She recommended the plastics surgeon bc she wanted the best for my face and she's not plastics trained. The plastics surgeon let her know that he would have someone in ER do the stitching so she decided she would do it herself. I'm so glad that she decided to do it herself because she did such an amazing job and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I've received so many compliments on how much of a great job she did on stitching from the people around me, I agree and think the pictures will speak for themselves. Thank you Dr. Grzybowski

I am resident of La Canada and have been to Excer urgent care previously. This time went in for a checkup and the medical staff were very friendly. Dr. Mikhail was very caring and take her time to assess my medical condition providing accurate diagnosis and treatment option. She didn't make me leave til I felt better leaving the facility.

My visit was quick and efficient. Very caring staff. They don't take 3 hours like other places to admit you. I liked how they had a busy level on their website. When you walk in you get admitted through a camera. They take your id , insurance, and a new patient form. They get you into the waiting list (there was around 5 people ahead of me) took 30 minutes to get me in and about 40 minutes to get me out. The doctor was nice and helped me out quickly.
