I would say...unless you have a MEDICAL condition to be checked out (not a routine checkup or lens prescription).....avoid this place at all cost. No parking validation (3 hours - 4 dollars with first 30 min free) Poor selection of glass frames available, too many people waiting to be seen, disorganized. Just...not worth it for routine, healthy eyes

I had a good experience at La Jolla Vision center , Dr Hudson was very professional , concerned about my vision due to having uncontrolled diabetes . I had laser treatment on my eye.

Dr. Hudson gave me the gift of site. I was totally blind in my right eye. Not anymore. He takes good care of me. I'm forever grateful.

Visited January 2021. Appointment was fine. Paid my HMO copay. October 2021 I receive a bill. Through investigating, found that I had overpaid and I was actually owed money and I do not owe the billed amount. June 2022 and 6 calls later to acuity eye group, I am still waiting for my $20 refund.

2 months and counting for waiting for my husbands and my prescription glasses. Can't get responses. Last visit before Covid was great, so never thought to look here to see if it had changed. Wish I had. Want a refund.
