I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Andrew Mayer. He is incredibly kind, thorough, patient, and an excellent doctor. He always listened to me when it came to my many thoughts, questions, and concerns. He explained everything to me about my procedure before and even came to discuss afterwards. I never felt rushed or silly for asking questions. I appreciate him for not just his skill but also his bedside manner. He made a nerve-wracking experience so much better. I left feeling taken care of and grateful to have him as my doctor.

Having to have a colonoscopy is not at the top of anyone's list of fun things to do, especially the prep day before procedure.Dr. Andrew Mayer is exceptional and his staff makes the process as easy as possible. Whether calling his office and being greeted by the friendly voice of Maria, to speaking with Syndie, Dr. Mayer's scheduler, his office staff is efficient in getting you the necessary info so there are no questions the day of the procedure.The professional bedside manner of Dr. Andrew Mayer makes 'going to the doctor' a positive experience and appreciate how he takes the time to talk with you before and afterwards. His preop team from Emily, the nurse anesthesist who's excellent taking care of the patient with a great attitude helped me feel at ease and post op with the RN Dean helped make this experience positive.If you want a positive experience, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mayer and his team of caring, professionals.

Dr. Mayer is a great doctor and his staff is very courteous.

Dr Mayer's office staff does not return calls. My procedure was scheduled for today but no call backs after leaving many messages. I had some questions regarding the preparation the day before that were never clearly explained to me

Dr. Mayer is acceptable what isn’t is is his office staff professionalism.Contacting the office you always receive a recording to leave a message. Call will be returned 24 - 48 hours lots of luck it never happens. Making a specific request there’s no follow through. Never have I experienced this with other medical offices.

Update of my review 3 years ago. I still give Dr. Mayer 5 starts. I give the office staff 1 to 3 stars. It's extremely difficult having your call answered with a live person. You'll hear a recorded message and at times no follow through. If the person has too many responsibilities hire a person just to make appointments just as other practices do.

When you found the need to get the under carriage checked you could do worse than Dr Mayer. His bed side manner makes an uncomfortable situation less painful.

Feeling anxious about a colonoscopy or endoscopy is perfectly normal. And no one likes the prep but the MiraLAX with Ducolex is an easy way to go... Literally! All kidding aside Dr. Mayer and his office is top notch! Beginning with the initial intake appointment, I found him to patiently listen to my concerns and his reassuring, calm and positive nature came across. He has a kind, caring, competent and gentle staff and I felt absolutely no discomfort. The anesthesiologist listened to my concerns and honored my requests. I can't say enough positive things about this experience and I wouldn't hesitate to send family or friends to this office.

You are unable to speak with Dr Meyer, instead, you have to talk to his assistant that is below par & rude! The Dr said I should go to the emergency room next time I have a flair up with my stomach, and I should have them do a Ct scan on me. After thinking this through, I left a message to get a letter or Rx for the CT scan, because I can't just walk in emergency and tell them what test I need done, by his assistant just says, no he can't issue an Rx. She just talked in circles. She is a waste of Money and my time! I will NOT be back and I will advise the referring Doctor that she needs better referrals, as he was a waste of my time nd money!

Dr Mayer is a great doctor. I have been happy with all my procedures.
