I booked an appointment with Dr. Perry and arrived to a waiting room full of 30 disgruntled people and a stressed receptionist. I was told to sit and wait before even getting checked in. After 15 mins I asked for an idea of when Dr. Perry would see me and she couldn't find my appointment. This is what happens when you use a terrible call center company called the " Labell Exchange" for your office response, instead of hiring more on site staff. Disappointed.

Stay away. If the front desk and staff are a reflection of Dr. Perry, you need to run in the other direction. Disheveled, unpolished, unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. His office felt like a free clinic instead of a plastic surgeon in La Jolla. After waiting more than 30 minutes past my appointment time, I learned they booked me and another patient at the exact same time. I was then told, "Dr. Perry is on his way." I asked, from where? when will he get here? how much longer do we have to wait? The only response we got was, "I was told to tell you he is on his way." Why would you trust him with a knife if this is who he hires to represent him and take care of his patients? I walked out.

Today I was in this office and was SO APPALLED with the staff. As schedulers, office staff we all deal with the one patient who is loud, and more so now with us having to wear face masks. We all have to speak a little louder than normal. This elder man who spoke louder than most, was asking about his appointment since all of us in there had been waiting an average of 45 minutes later of our scheduled appointments. He was trying to speak to one of the girls in the back scheduling area. She in short treated this man with no empathy, and so disrespectful. When the hand came up towards him, I was in shock especially coming from the medical field. All she could say was " I am new, I've been here a week, that is not my job". WOW!! No one in that office took accountability to the situation. But they were good at not letting the patients at time of check in know how far behind a d short staff they were till this man demanded an answer from them, office manager, doctor. If any of my staff spoke to a patient that has been coming to this office longer than she has been employed with us, let's say she would not be employed with us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF TODAY 8/30/21

Front desk staff is rude and condescending. Arrived at appointment early. Four hours past appointment he finally saw me. Why go back?

Office is nice and the staff are all very polite. No long waiting and the Dr. is very thorough and takes his time with you. Definitely will come back.
