Brucker Plastic Surgery's Online Review Report Card

I recently had a breast reduction with free nipple graft done by Dr. Brucker and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From my first consultation, Dr. Brucker truly listened me and took my wants and needs seriously. He explained that a nipple graft would be necessary for me to reach my desired goal of going from a size DD/E to a B/C and addressed all my concerns and questions about the more invasive procedure with friendly professionalism. He showed so much empathy, making me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. His staff was equally amazing—nurse Jen, in particular, was so attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Brucker's office is well-run and I was always seen on time, with appointments being quick but thorough. He approaches his procedures with an artistic, designers eye and his surgical skills are exceptional; not only did the procedure go smoothly, but I’ve regained sensation in my nipples which I wasn’t sure would happen. The results truly exceeded my expectations and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and expertise provided by Dr. Brucker and his team. Very highly recommend!

I've been researching breast augmentation doctors for many years and I am so thrilled I finally settled with Dr Brucker. Aside from his professionalism and expertise.. doctor Brucker is genuinely a good human. He steered me in the perfect direction and we both had the same vision. Had my surgery about 3 weeks ago and I'm super thrilled with my results thus far. Highly recommend.

I came to Dr. Brucker after I was very unhappy and insecure about a past breast augmentation. Let me first start out by saying, I don’t particularly like or trust many doctors after having many poor experiences with them. So I was really nervous to take another risk. He listened to my concerns, voiced his opinions and gave me breasts I actually love. His bedside manners are fantastic, I enjoy talking to him and feel heard. His skill level was SO far better than my previous troll of a surgeon. He does internal stitches that you don’t see, so there are no scars where the holes are from the stitches. I got the shape and size I wanted. While under I also opted for some light lipo on the abdomen, from a past experience trying out cool sculpting (don’t do that), I had scar tissue on my abs! So after surgery, when I healed, I had pretty significant “bumps”. Dr. Bruckner has gone above and beyond and has me come in like 6 more times to do one more pass of lipo free of charge, to try to fix that area as much as possible, and when it became clear that it was scar tissue that wasn’t budging, he’s done teeny tiny shots of steroids to break it down and it completely worked. All at no more cost! He was so focused on having me feel good about my body. Very much appreciated and I have told everyone I know if they are considering any plastic surgery to please come here.

Dr. Brucker and his entire team (truly - the whole team) are the most incredible experts in this industry. Dr. Brucker is the leading expert in his field. His is the name you've heard in all the right circles for years. His results speak for themselves and that you can see with your own eyes on his site. What I am most appreciative of (beyond his skilled hands) is how transparent, trustworthy, and supportive he and the Brucker team are from the first appointment to the last. He's a true partner. But he is not alone in his expertise. The nurses, the admins, the anesthesiologists, the aftercare support, using only the most modern tools and practices. The clear instructions and digestible information provided- they all add up to a confident, easy, supportive, empowering and compassionate patient experience. That matters as much as the end results.

Just had a breast augmentation and I mean everyone was sooo great! They made me feel very secure in every decision and all the nurses and Dr brucker were amazing!! Ps JEN IS DA BOMB!!! I loved her she was very to the point, professional and nice! She's my fav! Thank you to everyone at the office! Nothing but great things from me and my experience!

I would not recommend coming to Dr. Brucker for a breast augmentation. I cannot speak on his work elsewhere. After thinking long & hard about it if I were to leave a review or not, I decided I'd like others to have a fair decision on whether or not to get their procedures done here after hearing about my own repercussions. I had a simple under the muscle breast augmentation in October of 2022. I am 5'10, athletic, 170lbs, and started with a 34B. I wanted 34/36 DD's. I got silicone 575 CC's implants, under the muscle, incisions below the breasts. I have healed fully from it, and now have many complaints, and plan to have a revision elsewhere. At first glance, they look fine, but they're not the size I wanted, they don't perform well, they are far apart, fall to my armpits when lying, have a thick scar on one side. and have nerve damage in one side. When going back & forth on deciding what size implants I wanted, Dr B said nothing over 575CC's would fit. I saw photos of someone with similar stature online, who got 575CC's and appeared to be close to the size I wanted, so I asked for him to try and fit that size, although he was hesitant. He said if in surgery, they didn't fit, he would go down a size. I agreed. Having told Dr B I am athletic and lift weights regularly, and did not want any changes to performance, he still encouraged me to go under the muscle. This was not a good idea, as I experience pain & (very unsightly) implant repositioning when using my pecs in any manner. Originally it appeared to be "Double Bubble Deformity" but has healed and now is more obviously what surgeons call "Animation Deformity" where the muscle "window shades" up when the pec is flexed. It's painful and ugly, and can cause the implant to permanently move positions. Think dropping down below, or in the armpits. Ugh. This may be due to the surgeon releasing too much of the pec when creating the pocket for the implant. This surgical error aside, the bedside manner of Dr B and staff (one in particular) seemed friendly enough at first, but quickly diluted. Dr. B seemed rushed & absent-minded in most of our pre-op and post-op meetings. During our post-op meeting I asked him why I was experiencing what looked to be a "double bubble deformity" on one side, and he passively said "Well because of the implant size you chose." That was the one explanation I've gotten on this deformity, outside of it hopefully going away with time. Yikes. I'll be planning a costly revision early 2024. Nurse Jenn was friendly enough at first, but became unprofessional and off-putting. I apparently am friends with someone she knows and does not get along with, so she chose to treat me & my partner lesser than in all of my appointments before, during, & after surgery. She would roll her eyes, scoff, and ask condescending questions. Upon waking from my surgery, she was leaning over me, scowling, asking if the smell in the room was me. (It was my self tan that heated up during surgery) I made a joke about it, feeling very uneasy and unsure as I was coming out of anesthesia, which was left ignored. What a way to wake up from your first surgery ever! When she and another nurse rolled me in a wheelchair out to my partner waiting outside, he wanted to get a video, and she had a scowl across her face and was very short with us both, making him uncomfortable, forfeiting capturing the moment that should have been a light & happy occasion. I've been told she has had reviews like this before, to no correction, and have heard elsewhere that this is a reputation the office is becoming known for in town. I raised concerns about this behavior afterwards to a staff member, which was left dismissed by Dr B. I believe Dr. Brucker is a nice man with experience, but is rushing through appointments & surgeries haphazardly, and is not making corrections on Nurse Jenn's poor behavior. I also believe Dr. B adamantly recommended a certain modest size implant, and an under the muscle surgery, due to where he knows his talents lie, which is why going slightly larger (575CC) had an unfortunate outcome, potentially just lack of skill in that size range. Now because of these mistakes, I have had almost a year of issues, and have to invest time, energy, pain, & money into another surgery that hopefully corrects these things. This has been quite emotional & a bit traumatizing being my first cosmetic surgery ever. I hope Dr. B can work on bettering his expertise, correct his staff, and learns to refer clients elsewhere for procedures he's not confident in.

I recently had a "mommy makeover" with Dr. Brucker which consisted of a tummy tuck, liposuction to the flanks, back, and outer thighs, as well as a breast reduction and lift. With two toddlers at home, I was hesitant to make the leap and have the surgery, but instantly upon meeting Dr. Brucker for my consult, I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable and you can tell he and his entire team- Nurse Jen, Tricia and Daniela who helped coordinate everything for me from start to finish and patiently answered all my questions, and the CRNA Christine- truly care about their patients. Beyond all of that, the results of my procedures are nothing short of amazing. I still have plenty of healing to do, but my incisions are healing beautifully and the results are honestly more than I could have hoped for. I will definitely be recommending Dr Brucker and his team to all my friends and family. He is really one of a kind in this field and I will be forever grateful to him for helping restore my confidence in my body.

Dr. Brucker and his staff are amazing. I was referred to him by a friend from my spin class. I could go into many details of my wonderful experience but it would be too long. I had a breast augmentation replacing my other implants that I had for a long time and I had a rupture in one of them. I wanted to go a little smaller due to my frame size and Dr. Brucker agreed in fact mentioned it before I had said anything. He is so easy to talk to and very professional and caring. I had the best outcome and am so happy with the results. Dr. Brucker has an eye for perfection and is an expert at what he does. I want to thank Tricia for her patience and helping me with some issues I had during my scheduling. She was so caring and nice. I also want to thank Jen his nurse, she is amazing and would call me back and answered all my questions I had before and after surgery. Thank you Dr. Brucker and staff!!!
