Cheryl Olson's Online Review Report Card

I had a dual laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery yesterday at 2:00pm The left side was a complete mess that’s prevented me from even walking a single town block without SEVERE pain. The right was much less developed. Here I sit the next morning at 6:00am with nothing more than minor nuisance discomfort no greater that after one polished off a too-large burrito. Cheryl was terrific explaining the process as one would expect, and maybe I’m just an amazing human specimen (not), but here I am, stunned. Everyone said “2-3 days of real discomfort then fine.” Well, neener neener, not even close. As close to a nothing-burger as I could have ever hoped. Thank you Dr Cheryl. Remarkable. May you all have a similar experience.

I've seen Dr Olson for breast cancer surgery in 2008 & again most recently this year starting in May 2022. Dr Olson has been a superb physician & I have recommended her to many friends & family over the years. I can strongly recommend Dr. Olson from a patient & an RN's perspective.

I don’t have enough words to thank Dr Olson for being with me in this journey. Since the first appointment (Feb/2021) to this day ( 07/12/22) she was the best choice I ever made when comes in choosing a surgeon. Dr Olson was amazing on all levels. She took the time to discuss all options and make a plan for me. I was anxious and worried and she immediately made me feel taken care of. She is the best doctor I have ever had hands down!

Dr. Olson is hands down the best doctor/surgeon I have ever had. I had a lot of complications from a perforated appendix, and Dr. Olson was highly recommended. She personally reviewed my scans and made all the right calls to ensure a full, speedy recovery. Dr. Olson did my appendectomy / bowel resection surgery and was able to find and remove the exact part of my small bowel that was causing most of my problems. And after my surgeries, Dr. Olson personally checked on me every day in the hospital. Her bedside manner, thoroughness, and follow-up care was really amazing. I didn't realize how important and unique these qualities were until my experience with other surgeons before meeting Dr. Olson. I will never forget how safe and assured she made me feel during the most vulnerable time in my life. I am doing great now because of Dr. Olson - she gave me my life back! Dr. Olson is truly one of a kind - she is so knowledgeable, meticulous, and personable - I wish more doctors were like her!

Dr. Olson not only has distinguished credentials but also cares deeply about you as both a patient and person.
