Originally saw Dr Urband for a shoulder repair. Discussed three potential procedures: reverse shoulder replacement, rotator cuff ligament repair and recently approved in the U.S., a balloon insertion. Opted for the balloon in December 2021. Very successful so saw the doc again for right hip replacement. Used posterior approach. Very successful. Would gladly recommend Dr Urband.

Horribly run office. I waited with my elderly mother for over 1 hour to see the doctor. I arrived promptly, if not early, for an 11:00am appt, with my mother for her broken hip. I was not advised prior to the appointment, or upon arrival, that they were running behind schedule, which would have been appreciated. Both times when I asked about the delay, I was told by two separate office employees: "I think there is only one patient ahead of you." What I was not told, but my husband was when he spoke with the doctor, was that during Covid, they are allowing patients to take as much time as they need with the doctor, to the extent of dealing with issues not originally scheduled for, so there will less coming & going from the office. If that is the case, the office should allow more than 15 minutes for an appointment, which is what the doctor says is the allotted time per appointment. I am have foot problem had gone to two other specialist without any relief. One visit with Dr Urband he identified the problem and began a regiment of treatment that brought me relief for the first time in three years.
